Maiva is very warm and friendly!We arrived late at the accommodation, and it was very late, and he was still friendly enough to open the door for us.We were also warmly invited to breakfast in the morning, just like staying at a friend's house. The room is also clean and tidy, just like in the photos, and the location is also convenient, 5 minutes walk from the train station, and only 15 or 20 minutes from Paris to the city center.
