Furnas Lake Cottage

Furnas lake cottage is one of the only few houses that sit looking out over the Furnas lake. It was build in the beginning of 1960's as my grand parents summer house. It’s a vintage cottage! Has several outside spaces to enjoy the amazing view to the lake and a private car parking area. For bookings and queries, please contact us! This typical fully remodeled house is located on the north coast of São Miguel Island, in Porto Formoso. It has a large terrace with a wonderful front view of the sea. Moinhos Beach is a 10-minute walk away and the village of Porto Formoso is 15 minutes away. There are two restaurants in the immediate vicinity, the city of Ribeira Grande - 10 km away - has a supermarket and many other shops. Several tourist attractions nearby (Furnas, Santa Bárbara Beach, Gorreana Tea).
