The condo is beautiful and we enjoyed the deck and garden areas with the ocean view. The kitchen was well appointed and had what we needed for cooking and coffee. The beds were comfortable and I really liked the automatic shutters that blocked out light well for sleeping. The host was very easy to communicate with. Unfortunately the house next door is under construction and the noise was pretty loud starting at 8:30 am every day except Sunday. We spent most of the day time out of the house exploring but if there had been bad weather, the noise would have prevented us from relaxing/reading.

Jackie's place exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean with an exceptional view with daily sunsets. We even got to watch a surfing competition from our living room. Jackie is very responsive and non intrusive and gave us some excellent dining and other recommendations.

The apartment was amazing and in a perfect location! After our magical trip, we truly feel like we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The surroundings were stunning, the hosts were fantastic, and everything was just wonderful. Highly recommend! Local hikes, recommend by hosts were amazing too, you can’t skip them!

Great! The duplex apartment is high-quality, clean and well located. The welcome treats and the folder with information are a great idea. Without her, we wouldn't have discovered the delicious queijadas from the nearby shop. On both floors there is a nice bathroom with shower and a TV and bedroom. Upstairs there is a couch and if you go out on the balcony and look over the wall, you can see the Baixo island. There are also balcony chairs and a table. Laundry rack, somewhat hidden behind a door on the balcony, available. Since the apartment is actually much too large for two people, we stayed on the lower floor. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are restaurants and supermarkets in the area. Parking at the property in the evening is rather unavailable. There is a public parking lot nearby. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. We were welcomed in person, and there were some treats to enjoy, which was very thoughtful. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The location was great, and we were easily able to walk around town. We also had an easy time finding parking on the street behind the apartment. Miguel and Pedro were lovely hosts. They were communicative and always quick to respond. We would recommend this apartment and will stay here again if we visit again.

The house is well located, close to supermarkets and any point on the island. We traveled with a baby and everything was adequate, they provided a crib and highchair for him. It had a garden where we could enjoy ourselves. The area was quiet, although the lower part of the neighborhood is somewhat hostile. However, since we were going by car, it was not a problem. Also, something to note is that there is no microwave or gel. Everything else is highly recommended.

One of my favorite places I've ever stayed. Spotless, spectacular views, central on harbor, small grocery shop two doors down. This high rise property is a rarity in Ponta Delgada The apartment is lovely, with every convenience considered, from sewing kits to notepads tucked into bedside drawers, chargers, umbrellas, games, music, the list goes on. Kitchen is well equipped, with lots of high quality cookware, plus cooking oil + basics like sugar + rice. Laundry works well. Parking included. Bruno is responsive and knowledgeable. He had great tips for the Azores. We did a family vacation with lots of hikes, surfing, hot springs etc. Would absolutely return.

We had a wonderful 11-night stay at this beautiful villa in São Roque, São Miguel. The central location made it easy to explore the entire island, and we loved being able to walk to several great restaurants nearby. The villa’s southern exposure offered stunning ocean views and provided a sheltered spot from the coastal winds. Inside, the space was modern, spotless, and comfortable, with two balconies that showcased the beauty of the São Roque coastline. Parking was simple and convenient. Hosts Sophia and Fernando were incredibly gracious and always available to help. We especially appreciated the thoughtful gift baskets with local Azorean treats—they were a lovely welcome. This was a perfect home base for our family and made our trip truly memorable. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay in Agua de Alto! Such a beautiful space and the location was amazing on a hill overlooking the ocean. Would absolutely recommend this spot!

Absolutely fantastic stay!! Everything was as advertised and José was super responsive with whatever we needed, including a flexible check in and check out when we had an early morning flight! The apartment itself is spotless and comfortable with everything you need. The included assigned parking space in the garage is clutch, as it makes it easier after a day of exploring to come home and not worry about parking. The building is quiet, safe, secure, and in a great area! I cannot recommend Jose enough and encourage anyone coming to Sao Miguel to skip the hotel and stay with Jose instead! Thanks for the great stay!

The accommodation was impeccably clean and in a comfortable and cozy decoration. The welcome basket with regional products was a very thoughtful gesture by hosts. The house has excellent soundproofing, which provides a peaceful rest. It is very well equipped, with plenty of utensils available. I highly recommend this site and will undoubtedly return at the next opportunity.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment a lot! It is very spacious, modern designed, well equipped kitchen, amazing huge balcony with a view! We were 4 adults and a 2 year old, and having two bathrooms was very convenient. All the amenities listed are there and even more. It seems that kitchen is more equipped and has more appliances then at our homes :) You can enjoy the view of the island coast and the ocean from the balcony. The area is very peaceful, only 10 minutes walk to the ocean, city centre and shops. Miguel is a great host, always responsive and friendly!

After many years of using vacation apartments, this vacation apartment has been particularly positive. The owners have put a lot of effort into developing the attention to detail. We felt very well taken care of here and have to say that it was really one of the best apartments we have ever been allowed to visit. The use of the garden was really a dream and the view gigantic. The apartment's amenities were also exceptional. There was everything you need for cooking. I highly recommend everyone to see for themselves and book this apartment. At this point, I would like to thank the landlords once again for their extraordinarily generous hospitality.

Fantastic. The views from this unit are incredible. The sunsets filled the entire place with orange light, making every evening pretty magical. The space itself was well-appointed with quality furniture, washer/dryer, and everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy with a glass of wine on the massive deck. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful stay in this apartment. Nordeste is a bit further away from the rest of the island, but it felt like living like a local for a few days. The apartment was beautifully decorated, in a pristine state. I highly recommend if you’re planning to hike and do other activities in the area of Nordeste.

Sofia’s Airbnb was the perfect spot for our stay in the Sao Miguel. It was central, looked just like the photos and Sofia’s communication was amazing. She always proactively ensured we had everything we needed and responded right away whenever we had questions. Definitely having free parking options close by was a bonus. Would recommend this Airbnb on your visit.

Beautiful location. Sea view. Big sliding glass doors and wonderful black out blinds. Brilliant shower. Gualter and his wife were perfect hosts, helping with local convenient car hire and taxi too. Always there to help make the trip smooth and special. Great hosts, great apartment, great location. There are sea water swimming pools within 5 minutes walk! We loved this.

The apartment is beautiful, it is attached to their house but you have a section of farm that seems like it is all to yourselves. The fresh vegetables and fruit were delicious, it is located so central you can go to either end of the island easily. The restaurant was incredible!

André was very helpful from beginning to the end of our stay. Always available if any help or advice was needed. Extremely friendly in communication and checking in with us during our stay to make sure all was okay. Amazing experience and great location. The hot tub was exactly what we needed at the end of an adventurous day! I recommend to anybody looking for a great experience and central location while in Sao Miguel!

This accommodation is completely first class. Beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable and remarkably clean. The kitchen/dining/living room were all areas we enjoyed hanging out. The kitchen is so well appointed we didn't need anything. We enjoyed it so much that twice we cancelled local dinner reservations and cooked instead. We loved that we could open the windows and enjoy the cross breeze. Having a clothes washer and dryer was an added plus, as we all were able to pack light and not worry. Also having a garage was an added plus!! The location could not be better. Restaurants and shopping in every direction. We never had trouble finding a market or a place to get coffee. Pedro gave us several great dining suggestions. Pedro was the best host. He always got right back to me with answers and checked in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly. I would definitely reserve this again should we find ourselves back in Ponta Delgada!

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is very close to a popular surf spot, it's just 1 minute walk. The apartment is very modern and having the jakuzi on the terrace was a nice experience. The communication with Ryan was very fast, when there was a problem, he helped immediately.

Bruno was very attentive and warm. As for the apartment, it's just perfect.
