The cross-country ski trail passes over the plot and directly from the yard you can get out on nice snowmobile trails. Nice fishing in the area and close to Tänndalssjön for swimming. About ten minutes by car to Tänndalen's downhill skiing and to Funäsdalen. Close to ski bus. Walking distance to Skarvruet mountain hotel.
