Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Fulton

I can praise this beautiful place enough!!. It is beautiful , colors, furniture, everything !! Super spacious and comfortable! It was extremely clean and all beds were so comfortable! When I say that our host thought about everything that you could possibly need for your stay I am not kidding. I loved the kitchen when we prepared our dinners, we had everything we needed!! Enjoying coffees in the back porch was my favorite thing to do!! Just a short drive to the beach and restaurants!! But again we really enjoyed being at the house !! I extremely recommend this beautiful home!!

We had a really nice time at Melody’s house! It was super clean, and she even dropped off a hair dryer in the rain bc the bath was missing one! Excellent response time, and very caring host! Thank you!!!

Loved the location and the cottage. You can see the water from the front porch and the breeze off the water was wonderful. The cottage was clean and the decoration was tasteful. We didn't do a lot of cooking at the cottage but we had everything we needed. Everything was clean and accommodating for us and our pet, including water/food bowls specifically for the dog. Messages from Melissa were timely and easy to follow. Checking in and out was a breeze and I would highly recommend the Spoonbill for anyone wanting to stay close enough to Port Aransas for things to do but also enjoy a quiet, peaceful setting.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect for walking around the Fulton area. Bait shops, pier, and restaurants are all within very easy walking distance. The house was clean and all amenities in the home were as pictured and described. Much more provided than in other Air BnB’s we’ve stayed in. Lots of thought gone into making it a great stay for their guests. The host is very responsive, kind, and helpful. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a comfortable space in the Fulton area.

Location is great and house well appointed. We had everything we needed and it is very roomy. Betty was very quick to answer any questions, etc. Downstairs is the kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath and one of the bedrooms. The actual bedroom setups are different than the description. There is a downstairs bedroom with a double/queen (I'm not sure which), upstairs there is one bedroom with 2 twin beds, one with double/queen size and finally the master with a king bed. There is a full bath in the hall and a large master bath with big shower. If bed size matters to your group, know that there are not 2 king beds. This wasn't an issue for us, but could be for others. We would definitely rent this space again if we have a group going to the area.

We had a great time at this place. It's very pet friendly (our dogs loved the backyard). It's very well equipped, the coffee machine and the to go cups are a nice touch for when you check-out. Thanks for such a experience, we'll definitely come to this Airbnb again.

We had a wonderful stay at this place, it's so peaceful and the property is very cozy. Our host Stephen was resposive and friendly at all times. We hope to come back soon.

Host (Josh) was very quick to send out a pool guy to clean the pool when we got there. He sent his pool guy out within the hour after we notified him that the pool was “a little cloudy”. This was really the only issue we had while staying there. Everything is centrally located and the home itself is kept in “Pristine” condition! We would definitely recommend this rental home for a small family.

This is a total gem! The location is right by the beach and the pool and playground are amazing. This is the second time we stayed. Janis is very helpful and responsive and we had no real issues. The place itself is a little small, but for 2 adults and a kid its perfect and we spent most of the time outside. Gorgeous deck. The couch is somewhat uncomfortable but again, not a deal breaker. Overall we love this place and will probably stay again if she will have us.

Honestly, had an amazing time celebrating my sister’s birthday!! The condo was in a perfect location walking distance to the local shops. The pier was amazing. Thank you so much for allowing us to check in a little bit earlier. Until next time Laguna Reef.!!

Great location close to everything we needed to get to. Very quiet and peaceful with parking in front of the unit. Friendly and safe community. Will rebook on our next trip in a couple of weeks.

Meagan was so helpful, courteous, and accommodating. Her condo was very clean and the amenities were incredible. Such a short walk to everything you need. A great stay for our anniversary.

The house was REALLY cute. My kids and I loved the space and it was just right for us to watch movies, play cards and hang out in the evenings. Our days were full of running around town and going to the beach, but the house was perfect to end the day at. Cristina was very responsive and gave us LOTS of recommendations. We felt right at home. No issues and no suggestions (which I usually have. :-)) Would stay here again!

This was our second stay at this great condo in Rockport. We love the clean unit and easy access to the pier. Would recommend!

I've stayed here 3 times already and it feels like our home away from home. We love this place, perfect for families. Well stocked. responsive host. We had an issue with the stove and he sent his nephew who was incredibly sweet and great at fixing the issue. We love this spot and look forward to staying again.

Great space for a family of 6 adults and 2 kids. Family with kids downstairs allowed privacy and upstairs we enjoyed the extra balcony! Beautiful space right on the water, comfy couches, and overall clean when we walked in. The host was very quick to respond and accommodating when I had questions or concerns. There is no fishing net, so bring your own! We missed a pretty big flounder for not being prepared, but still caught some drum and little reds. Loved being able to fish right off the dock. Only suggestions I have is to add some extra chairs at the dining table because some are missing and the door lock makes a loud noise if you leave it open for too long. Locks on the bedroom doors would allow for more privacy. One cabinet in the kitchen doesn’t close all the way but not a big deal! I would stay again!

Only stayed a couple of nights…Darrell was very accommodating and condo was very clean and well stocked with cooking and serving necessities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will consider booking again.

Space was as advertised and a solid place to stay close to Port A. Really enjoyed the fact it was pet friendly and easy access to the beach.

Everything was as advertised. Nice place, great location close to everything including a very short walk to the beach, and check in was a breeze! Host was easy to work with and very attentive, responding quickly to any questions. We had no issues and no complaints. I will be looking for this spot again next summer!

Thank you for the great stay. I want to come back! The place was perfect for a short vacation. I was there four nights, it's right on the water, great neighborhood and good local restaurants. Highly recommend this location.
