Barbara’s home was beautiful. The photos don’t do it justice. The home is beautifully updated, well maintained, and very clean. They have plenty of amenities and household/outdoor items that you need for a stay at the lake. It is a great property. We will definitely be repeat renters 😊

We love this Cabin, all bedrooms are great, and it has a fabulous bar in the basement where is another bedroom, we love the surrounding too, I little hard to find at first, but instructions to find the house are very clear, it’s just the habits of using GPS, host very friendly and responsive, we love it, we will stay again !!

This was a great place to stay! Patrick and Natalie were very accommodating. The views were beautiful. We brought wood and had a campfire 2 of the 4 nights. The lake was quiet. A beaver came to feed on the lily pads every night while we sat on the dock and looked up constellations. It seemed iPhones worked much better than android. You will need to bring your own water as you can’t drink from the tap. However water was hot on demand. Shower had great pressure. There are camp chairs available for fire pit and tons of life vests for the boats. Town is only 15 mins away for grocery stores or take out. We would love to stay here again. We would love to stay here again.

Very comfortable home with comfortable beds; easy to cook meals. We came up to cross-country ski at Lapland Lake, which was not too far away. It was clear it would be a delightful place in summer with proximity to the lake and Adirondack trails.

We very much enjoyed our stay...the house was spacious and had great updates for kitchen and bathrooms. It was very clean!!! No bugs no spiders or webs! There were more than enough beds for everyone and the dining room table was great for games. The location in town was very convenient. Thanks!

Trent's home is a beautiful retreat for any occasion. We enjoyed the home very much. Just wished we were there longer to enjoy the outdoors and the fire pit. We did get to enjoy a Mother's Day brunch at the dining table that overlooked the back yard.

Enjoyed the location and charm of the house. Have friends and family near by in gloversville, made it easyvto visit. Second time staying hear, look forward to it again.

Garrett’s place was perfect for us! We have two littles so having the extra room to put the pack n play in was great. There were lovely toys and books to keep the kids occupied. Just something to be aware of - there are no curtains in the bedrooms, so we put up a blanket to help the baby sleep. Everything was great though! We would definitely stay again! 😊

My husband and i had a great stay for our anniversary at Stacey’s cabin on Mayfield lake. The cabin had a rustic feel with modern amenities. It was very clean and neat, had a comfortable bed (we only used 1/2 beds). Everything was in working order. We used the nice canoe to go out in the lake. The neighbor was friendly and had dogs that came to visit. The place had plenty of hot water, spices, oils, coffee, tea in the cabinets. Extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer pods, soaps in bathroom/shower and plenty of dish soap provided. Water was drinkable. It was very comfortable for 2 and seems it would have been fine for 4 as well! Thank you!

Staying at Luna's cottage was like stepping into a storybook fairy tale with jaw-dropping gorgeous surroundings accompanied by chirping birds, chipmunks and grazing deer during the day and complete with serenades by crickets and frogs under a star-filled sky at night. Our host Simonetta was incredibly responsive and literally thought of absolutely everything to ensure all her guests have an amazing experience. The cottage was spotless and had it all from extra toilet paper and paper towel rolls to q-tips and cleaning supplies, even cooking spices and a bag of charcoal for the grill! There were even dog bowls, a bag of dog food and a doggy tie-out in the yard in case any guest forgot to bring along those essentials! And there are tons of things to do and see in the area (loved Howe Caverns and the Rustic Loft Pub & Grill!). Our dogs loved every minute exploring and we even asked to stay an extra day because we simply didn't want to leave!

In the words of my 8 year old niece as we were sitting on the bench by the lake “I love it here, it’s so peaceful” Donna’s lake house was the perfect home to share with our family for a summer vacation. Close enough to home so we could go back and forth as needed, head into the village to meet friends for a great dinner/lunch. Yet the perfect spot to feel like you were away from it all. Large deck, great grill, well appointed, large lawn and beach. The neighbors were also very friendly and welcoming ! We are already planning for next year Thanks Donna !

We stayed at Betsy and Dave’s place for a weekend getaway and it was beyond anything we had expected. They were incredibly helpful and responsive. The house is beautiful, and the location cannot be beat. You are literally right on the lake. If you are looking for an Adirondack getaway this is your place! We are definitely looking forward to returning. Nick & Carly

We are locals who had a flooring emergency, and we were grateful to stay here, and for Harlan’s quick acceptance of our last minute booking. We would love to have our family stay here again when they visit us. We were very happy to be able to bring our dogs!

The place was amazing. It's in a quiet, secluded area, and in the winter with snow on the ground, it was beautiful and picturesque. The cabin had everything we needed in terms of space, amenities, and utilities, and a cozy, comfortable living room with a nice propane fireplace for heat and atmosphere. We had a fantastic time walking just along the road amongst the trees to the lake, and relaxing in the living room playing board games. Our host, Mary, was incredibly helpful and proactive, reaching out to us on the day of our arrival to make sure we knew how to get inside and checking in with us when we arrived to make sure we had everything we need. She was very friendly and responsive to questions we had.

Our stay with Jeremy was excellent. The house was very clean with lovely amenities, and Jeremy was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!!

What a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful and very clean home. Had access to boats to take out and play on the lake along with a dock to lounge in the sun. Very spacious inside the home, and the hot tub was wonderful to have after a day on the lake!

The house was a little dusty, a camp feel for sure. It was perfect for a family reunion we had , kids enjoyed it, plenty of space and walk to private beach was very close and beautiful clean lake.

We had a great Memorial Day weekend escape at the cabin! Thomas was super responsive to our questions throughout the weekend, including recommending a couple breweries and directing us where to pick up firewood. we had no trouble sleeping 4 adults and 4 kids. the game room in the basement was clutch for hanging out after the kids went to bed. we loved the privacy and the beauty of the land itself sitting on the porch having coffee every morning was a big hit. the proximity to the lake was great and it was a short drive to Saratoga for more fun options. we would stay again
