Our studios are located in Hammersmith. Hammersmith is a leafy Borough on the North Bank of the River Thames. The extensive transport links make it a convenient base to explore London. The studios are only a 3 minute walk from public transport & only minutes away by underground & bus from top London attractions of Kensington, South Kensington, Knightsbridge as well as central London a 15-20 minute ride away. Closer to home HMV Apollo is a 5 minute walk. Locally there is a large selection of restaurants & local pubs. Locally 3 minutes walk you have Kings Mall Shopping Centre with numerous stores as well as a large supermarket. You will find a wealth of restaurants catering for every conceivable taste only a few minutes walk away. Local bars & pubs are plentiful & all within minutes walk away; only 5 minutes by tube. To the north is Shepherds Bush with it's fabulous Westfield Mall. The largest urban shopping centre in Europe with 250 stores (including a designer Village) 50 restaurants & a multiplex cinema. We offer housekeeping services on a daily basis at guests request as well as well as linen & towel change during your stay. Bathroom toiletries are also provided. The Studio includes open plan kitchen with all utensils cutlery & usual kitchen appliances. Satellite tv,dvd,wifi high speed wifi internet,room safe, hair dryer, washing machine, Us-Uk electrical adaptors, towels, shampoo & shower gel. The property itself is fully managed with reception to take care of any your needs. An extremely clean flat with a private double bedroom, shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. I work during the week and i am away most weekends. Therefore, i am rarely at home. The tube station (district line) and multiple buses are a 2min walk away, taking you into central in less than 30mins. Aswell as many food shops, pubs and restaurants. An Ideal place If you are looking for a welcoming, clean, quiet and homely place to stay within easy commute to central. Welcome short/longer stays

Cosy Private Room in a Family Home

Stay cosy and feel safe in this casa particular located in a well-connected area of London. My home is situated 10 min walking distance from the famous Wimbledon Tennis Court and only 27 min from Piccadilly Circus by underground. After a busy day in the city, you can enjoy a little walk in the Wimbledon Park or simply a cup of coffee at the local coffee shop. The closest tube stop is Southfields. (District Line) Please note I have a hairless Sphynx cat and my 2 year old son living with me.

Travelling solo or don’t mind snuggling up? Our Cosy rooms all have an extra-long 160cm-wide bed and luxurious linen, just with a little less space to spread out. Most have a wardrobe, and some have a large feature window overlooking either Notting Hill Gate or a peaceful residential street. Right in the heart of Notting Hill, there are plenty of great bars and restaurants and getting anywhere in the city is very convenient.

Superior Single Room London Notting Hill

This is a fantastic property at the heart of Notting Hill. The Portabello market is a few minutes away and the Notting Hill Gate tube station is also walkable. There is a charm about the entire property which made me feel like I was staying in a home rather than a hotel. The staff are friendly and always available for any requests. The breakfast spread is very good and there is also a bar/coffee area to lounge and/or work. I was able to experience living in central London with comfort and value for money. Overall, I would highly recommend this for solo travelers/couples and will definitely stay here again.

Booked due to close proximity to the 02 and a very reasonable price. We arrived at 11.50pm just before the pub shut due to transport delays however Terry/staff were quick to confirm this was ok. We walked from the 02 (35 mins) this was quicker than getting a taxi due to gridlock On arrival we were offered a tray of tea brought to our room. Room was spotless as was the shared bathroom. Slept really well and no noise. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board available and a small kitchenette. Upon leaving a staff member let us out and we walked back to Greenwich station. Great location and all staff were lovely. Gutted to have missed the secret act. Will definitely recommend and book again.

I had a fantastic stay at jaques’s place! The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for . The location was perfect, with easy access to my office nearby bus stopes and tube station. Very near to tesco primark and other shopping centers and restaurants especially south Indian restaurants. He was a wonderful host very responsive, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again for a great experience!

Everything looked clean and perfect. But restaurant is too bad. There wasn’t even a menu card to choose. Just a poster with 2-3 options. Has a pool table, it’s fun. Shared bathrooms but always free and clean to the standards. It’s not a BYOB place but who cares 🤣
