Two of us stayed for 2 nights, but it was a very clean, comfortable and functional room.The parking lot was easy to find, and the convenience store was just a minute's walk away, which was convenient.I cooked my own meals, and although the kitchen was small, it had everything I needed, and there was also a washing machine, so it was a pleasant place to stay.The bath is small, but it is a famous hot spring area, so it is recommended to enjoy the bath outside.Also, the unit bath is small, but it has a dryer function, so even though my clothes got quite wet in the rain this time, they dried quickly.There is also a clothesline hanging from the ceiling in the bedroom, so it was useful for drying clothes after washing.It was quiet and warm with double glazed windows.Also, by putting a carry-on under the bed, we were able to use the room more freely, and although it was a relatively small room, two adults had a comfortable stay.Thank you!

Taro & Haruka were extremely friendly and helpful. We encountered an issue with the laundromat where our clothes were stuck in the dryer and they very kindly helped to liaise with the owner to help resolve the issue, when they didn’t have to. Their place was also clean and we had a very comfortable stay. Wished we had stayed a few more days!

This house had a very friendly vibe. The host was really jovial and there were lots of community spaces. The host actually really went out of his way, picking my husband up from another station when he missed the last train and providing us with some snacks that he had made himself. Thank you so much!! Located nearby is the very beautiful Lake Biwa- the beach close to this house was quiet, peaceful, and serene. There were also a few delicious restaurants around- we recommend the risotto at Coco's and the pizza at Pizzeria Marino!

I stayed at Icoina's for the first time with 8 friends to make memories before the summer You've had it.From the conclusion, Really, really. It was a great accommodation. The facilities are very beautiful, and there are plenty of amenities and cutlery, such as dishes, The cleaning was thorough. The BBQ was also in a covered area, I didn't have to worry about the rain. Also, because it was very close to the station, there was no trouble finding parking. Home theater, card games, There were plenty of things to play with, such as billiards, and there was no time to get bored. What impressed me the most was the host's It's the spirit of hospitality. Communication was very smooth, and when I had questions, I was immediately given a polite reply, which was very reassuring. I haven't met the host in person, but In the exchange of messages, I really got the feeling that he was a really nice person. Both my friend and I have become huge fans of Icoina, lol I will definitely stay again!and all my friends had a blast, lol I've never stayed at a place that left me with such a lasting impression I don't think it's very common. Mina was the best airbnb host we had! She was very prompt in response and provided many helpful feedback even before we booked the place. After we booked the place, her communication continues to be super responsive and she would often initiate or suggest places where we can bring our kids to, cafes we can visit. She was very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed our stay, thanks to her! The place was just as what we saw in the picture and the futon tatami area especially was cosy to sleep in. She was flexible with check-in/out time and was considerate to let us check-in earlier because of the young kids! We asked for recommendation to Takayama parking and she even planned a simple itinerary for us, on her own initiative. Thank you Mina!
