Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

There is a mini-fridge, a stovetop, an air fryer, an electric kettle, and basic kitchen items. Just like in a trailer or a glamping tent, you get water from the main house, where there is also a toilet and a shower. Enjoy the sunset over the field or settle down in one of the garden's many cozy spots. From here, it's 1.5 km to the top of Trehøje, and there are good swimming opportunities to the east, west, and south within a few kilometers.

Over the past 4 years, we have renovated the house so that the interior looks modern with underfloor heating, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, entrance and living room with wood-burning stove and slanted ceiling. 1 loft with 2 beds, and 1 loft with desk. The garden is fenced, and there is plenty of room for outdoor play and cooking on a barbecue or campfire. On the other side of the road there is an orangery, fruit garden and forest. Plenty of beautiful nature in the area.

My beautiful cottage is located in an idyllic cottage area by Stubbe Lake. Outside the door is plenty of forest, light and nature. The house is located on a large plot with plenty of room for privacy. It is 50 sqm, in addition to a super nice covered terrace of 25 sqm, with the opportunity to eat, sleep and relax. Inside are two good rooms with 4 beds. In addition, a sofa bed and loft in the house. The living room is super cozy with a wood-burning stove and with an open connection to the kitchen and dining area. Welcome to pure relaxation.
