Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning must be done before checking out and must be done thoroughly, for example, vacuuming, drying the floors, dusting the bathroom and kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included with the cabin. You need to clean the house before you check out.

You live in a rural and scenic environment with the forest around the corner and the nearest lake is only 800 meters away. The wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere when you are indoors. If you want to get out and about, there are beautiful hiking trails and for the cycling enthusiast, longer tours around the lakes await. Around the loft, there are pleasant patios where you can barbecue, or relax and enjoy nature.

A short detour from the 45 and you are in a quiet residential area surrounded by wonderful nature. The house is a cozy and homely vacation home. A beautiful garden surrounds the house and there is also a barbecue area, greenhouse, dining area and an outdoor kitchen. A large glassed-in patio is located at the back of the house. Four-legged guests are also welcome and there is also a dog yard. In the basement of the house there is a sauna and shower/toilet. The house has a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with dining area and fireplace.

There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom with king-size double bed is situated on the first floor, the other 2 bedrooms (1 single bedroom and 1 with a bunkbed) are situated on the ground floor here you can also find the bathroom. Welcome to us (Henric and Madde) and our little cottage, which is centrally located in beautiful Västra Ämtervik, a stone's throw from the railway station and bus connection that makes it easy to get here and home. A few hundred meters to the swimming area at the historic Sillegården beach. Pizzeria, as well as a 24/7 shop within walking distance. Proximity to Västanå theater, Sunne ski and bike and Sunne waterland.
