We are two retired people who love to work in the garden. We are renting out an apartment in our home. We've been doing rentals for almost 30 years. The apartment is 70m2 in quiet surroundings. The apartment is located on the right side. Walk and bike paths to Trondheim city centre, Heimdal city centre, City Syd shopping centre, Granåsen and much more. Elementary school, playground, pizza restaurant and grocery in the immediate vicinity. About 100 yards to bus stop that takes you into the centre.

Charming apartment close to several attractions.Close to Solsiden, in the centre of Trondheim.The place would suit for pairs,working groups, friends and families. Parking is close to the house, and the apartment is located in a very peaceful zone. You will have free access to wifi.There is a 65" TV in the living room,and a 75’’ in the main bedroom.Guests rent the whole fully equipped apartment. The train station is 10-15 minutes away (walking), and the bus stop to/from the airport is 5 minutes.

Newly renovated apartment in well maintained and charming building from the beginning of the 20th century. The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which is also decorated as an office with office desk and large screen. Both bedrooms have double beds, 160 and 120 cm respectively. The apartment has cable TV and fast internet. There is underfloor heating in every room. There is free street parking outside, but this is quite popular, and is thus often filled in the afternoon/evening.

Welcome to our spacious and cozy 2nd floor apartment! The apartment has four bedrooms – one with a comfortable double bed, and three with single beds, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. You will find a fully equipped open plan kitchen with the living room, which has a large sofa for relaxing and social moments. The home is in a calm neighbourhood. There is a bus stop a short distance, and parking right outside the apartment for those arriving by car.

Cozy apartment, central on Lade

Simple and peaceful accommodation in a central location. 5 min walk to City Lade, grocery just outside and short way to train station ( train from Værnes stops here). Metro bus with departure every 10 minutes is just outside the door. The barn trail and beautiful Korsvika are also in the area, in addition to THE SEA arena where they have swimming area and sauna available for drop-in. EC-Dahl's arena is also just across the road.

Modern cabin next to the sea

Welcome to lovely Frosta Here you have immediate proximity to the lake and beach, and not least a lovely view of Leksvika. Here you can enjoy evening sun in the jacuzzi, or walk on Frostastien which is just a stone's throw away. You will find pier and pier close to the cabin, with good opportunities to fish with a rod.
