The "Kermès" gîte, designed for 8 people, comprises on the ground floor: a living room with a kitchen and dining area. Enjoy a terrace overlooking the vineyards for your summer evenings. There is also a ground-floor bedroom accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM) with an en-suite shower room. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and a mezzanine. Come and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the estate.

Hello, you will find in this small ZEN house calm and serenity... the jacuzzi will be at your disposal your pet is welcome except llama pony etc. they must not have access to the bedrooms, beds and sofa, bring their own sleeping bag. Shops (bakery, wine cellar, greengrocer, butcher, delicatessen (run by us), pharmacy within a radius of 800 m) and 5 min from the sea by car, 5 feet from the ideal scrubland for families or couples (NO YOUTH GROUPS) No parties or evening events, Zen accommodation.

Maisonette 50 m from the beach

Come and enjoy a stay in our newly renovated maisonette in June 2025, located just 50 meters from the beach. Perfect location for a seaside vacation! Composed of 1 closed bedroom with 140 cm bed, 1 open bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 in 90 cm and 1 in 80 cm. Large garden with table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue. Private parking space. Shops are a 10-minute walk away (supermarket with bread, snacks, greengrocers, restaurants), open from April to the end of September.

A little break in the heart of the Frontignan vineyards. Ideally located and easy to access (parking available in front). Highway exit (10 min), close to Balaruc-les-Bains – thermal spa (10 min), Sète (10 min). Also enjoy the beaches (10 min for Frontignan or 15 min on the beaches of Sète). House with garden, wooden terraces (table and deckchair), completely renovated can accommodate up to 6 people. Our bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, accessible by a staircase.
