The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. We welcome you with great pleasure to our private, independent and unoverlooked studio in the middle of the vineyards. It is located on the road to the castles, close to MARGAUX, and its classified great vintages. It consists of a pleasant 20 m² room offering all the necessary comforts (kitchenette, living room, large 160 bed, shower room and toilet, linen provided). You will have the opportunity to enjoy a private terrace of 50 m², (with jacuzzi) and a private entrance.

Studio Mauriac

Air-conditioned bright studio on the second floor of a small stone building. Located in a quiet area, in the historic center, close to the tram (5 minutes walk). Fully equipped, the studio has a small separate kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet. The living area of the studio is composed of a bed 2 places, a sofa and a flat screen. ATTENTION: part of the apartment is attic; less comfortable for people taller than 1.85 m.

We are located between Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion as well as 10min from the blue angel. Also enjoy an optional outdoor Jacuzzi heated all year round for €30, ideal for relaxing.
