House vacation rentals in Fripp Island

Our family of 12 had a wonderful stay here! We have several young children and we appreciated the accommodations for them. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out and for the children to play. We cook a lot when we vacation and we had everything we needed for that. Grant was very helpful and responded quickly to any communication. We loved the back porch, especially the deer that came right up to the porch to watch us, and the majestic bald eagle sitting in the top branches of his equally majestic tree home! We loved Fripp Island and we will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Sur La Mar for our girls trip! The house was clean, spacious, and perfectly set up for a large group—it made everything so easy and comfortable. The location was ideal, close to the beach and had everything we needed, and we loved having the pool to relax and hang out together. Steven was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone planning a big group getaway or family vacation in Hilton Head.

We have stayed in the Queens Grant neighborhood for the past few Memorial Days and never been disappointed. Patricia’s place was as described! One of the more spacious units we’ve stayed in with a very comfortable living area. Access to the beach on the shuttle is a great option. The full size beds could use updating but our kids didn’t complain :) Thanks for a great stay!

Our family of 5 stayed at Rick’s place for a week for spring break and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was easy walking to the beach, very fun to play in the heated pool, biking to Coligny for food, playground. We did a cookout one night in the cabana by the pool. The kids loved the bunk bed. The easy indoor/outdoor living was a delight. The TVs and remotes worked great. I enjoyed going on runs in the morning on the beach or on the biking/walking trail across the street from the house. The house had everything we could want like a stool for our 3 year old to use the bathroom sink to plenty of pool toys, beach toys, chairs, beach wagon, etc. The house also came with a pass to Sea Pines which was an unexpected treat!

The host was fabulous and attentive throughout the booking and our stay. The home was impeccable, conveniently located and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and leisurely beach vacay!

This property is awesome! My family has been to numerous Airbnbs and this experience was very accommodating and exceeded many expectations. The house was very clean, spacious and easy to settle into especially thanks to Rachel with her hospitality and recommendations! The neighborhood here is quiet and friendly. Fripp Island and this property is now on our list of places to revisit. We love islands and golf carts — the golf cart here was perfect!

Extremely responsive and helpful host. Great house, gorgeous, peaceful views. Perfect location. Will definitely be back! This house is perfect for a couple, workable for a family of three or four. Bathrooms clean and new but small. Lots of wildlife. Enjoyed the nature walk, bike riding and proximity to Harbourtown. Thank you for your hospitality!!

No complaints - place was awesome. Great location close to the beach and a great backyard set up!

Connie’s place was not only the perfect size and location but also just the perfect vibe. Every part of the treehouse matched what we were wanting out of our vacation and made our trip that much more enjoyable. Whether it was sitting outside drinking coffee in the morning or out by the fire at night, the view and peaceful surroundings along with the interior views created the perfect escape for us throughout our entire stay. Connie was responsive and beyond amazing with every question and help we needed. She was an amazing host and created the best space for our trip, we appreciated every big and small detail!

I found this place for my husband's fishing trip with a couple of his best friends. They said the place was great! Donelle brought by fresh baked goods for them (how kind!) They said the place was clean, and the beds were comfortable. They all said how peaceful the location was. One of them has a small boat, and there was plenty of room to park the trailer for the boat. Highly recommend, and they want to stay here again next year!

We enjoyed our stay for several nights! Can't beat the location & scenery! The inside is just like the photos. The King bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Short walk out to the beach/ocean. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch. We enjoyed eating at the Seacow & Crust pizza place. Crissy is a great host! We will return.

A hurricane came with us. And the island amenities were shut down. This cost was a disappointment but understandable. We walked on the beach and visited to local beauty. The host proactively kept us up to date. We will return in the next year.

Johnny was an awesome host. His space was beautiful and exactly what we needed. We will be staying again.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Such a beautiful set up and the deck overlooking the live oaks was wonderful for morning coffee. It is centrally located to all the islands and we were able to sight see and enjoy the home. Thank you for letting us enjoy your little home away from home!

My family had a great stay at this location. It’s a short drive from the bridge onto Frippe Island, but somewhat of a ways away from the main area where the pool, shops and restaurants are, but besides that we loved it. Very comfortable setup with loads of space to spread out in. Came fully equipped with amenities and having the benefit of being able to wash your laundry after a few days at the beach was a major God send. As for the hosts they were very responsive and overall easy to coordinate with. This all being said, the home is located in an area you have to be somewhat weary of gators (because Frippe’s surrounded by marsh lands - so par for the course), but I didn’t see one or have any issues. Though I was more hyper vigilant when my nephew would be out and about walking around JUST in case. Also, there is a sufficient service surcharge for trying to get resort passes so I opted to just not get them, but it is something that would’ve be beneficial if we were there for a week+

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach! The house has plenty of room to spread out and play games, eat, and socialize. The house has a complete kitchen with everything needed to prepare family meals. This property has the nostalgic, cozy feel of being at my favorite aunt's house in the summers - warm and charming. Nice grill and fire pit in the back yard. The beach, though, is what makes this property truly special! It is truly private and just a few steps from the back door. The views are stunning and we saw less than a handful of people walking the beach the entire 5-day stay. We had planned to go out to dinner and explore a couple of nights, but, I have to be honest - the property is so amazing, we stayed in and enjoyed the beach and the family the entire 5 days. Be sure and visit Fort Fremont, a 5 minute walk from the house, during your stay and carve out some time to visit The Lowcountry Store on Sea Island Parkway! We all had a great time!

We had an amazing time in Hilton Head! Perfect location and the neighborhood was peaceful and relaxing.

My wife and I came here for our baby moon to celebrate our first child. As beach people AND also airbnb hosts, we are picky. Pictures do not do this place justice. Wildlife is everywhere from dolphins, cranes, and Deer. Sunsets that look like you see pictures of in magazines. This place is special, unique, and without a doubt the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. On top of all of this, the hosts did ALL the little things right as far as amenities. Clean, recently renovated, comfortable beds/pillows, heated fan in the master bathroom, and ceiling fans in every room. Do not hesitate and book this place! My wife and I already rebooked to come back later this year.

This was our second stay at the house, and we hope to keep coming back. House is comfy and clean and has everything you need. The peacefulness and beauty of the marsh, the birdsong, and the wind in the trees are balm to the soul.

Last minute, I decided to rent an Airbnb because my son and his dad were traveling from New Hampshire so that our twins could celebrate their birthdays together after 10 years of being apart and they were born one Mother's Day which is where I came in. it rain most of stay, but our host Alex made there were plenty of games all to enjoy! full-sized Jenga was certainly a hit!

We loved our family time at Sondra and Diane's place and can easily recommend it others. It was so relaxing, yet there was plenty to do. Having our own pool and easy access to a quiet, beautiful beach was incredible. The house was very family friendly with a pack and play, high chair, toys, and books all available and very welcome by my daughter and her baby. All communications were easy, clear, friendly, and accomodating. They really want their guests to be comfortable - they even asked what temperature we'd like the house to be set at upon our arrival! I've never had that before! It was a wonderful vacation, and we'd love to go back!

Felt just like home ! Would definitely come back to this house in the future. 10/10
