In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.
