The countryside apartment is located on the upper floor of a historic farmhouse with a huge natural garden directly on the field and forest. From the generous cook/dining/living area view into garden and village. The sleeping area for 4-6 people consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds and a second living/playroom with sleeping accommodations for 2 people (opens up the 2 bedrooms). Another bedroom with a double bed (12 sqm) is connected for 8 people. Spacious toilet/bathroom area (16 sqm) with shower and tub.

Cozy little sheperd's hut in the green countryside

You will find our lovely litte sheperd's hut in the green countryside near the village. You can relax here alone or with somebody else. The surrounding landscape is perfect for hikes and long walks. You can also find a nice lake and a small town with their typical half timbered houses not too far away from your stay. For an easy start in the morning you can book a breakfast for 11,50 € (per person and night). The bathroom with a shower is available for your personal care (100m).

Beautiful new apartment in the Borken Lake District

The apartment is very quiet and is barrier-free, has bed linens and towels. Pets by arrangement. Just around the corner are Homberg (Efze) with the Hohenburg, the cathedral town of Fritzlar, the Edersee, the Singliser See, the Silbersee and many other beautiful lakes and nature reserves. The A49 and thus also Kassel can be reached quickly (about 20 minutes). We are right on site and are available for more tips and help. We look forward to seeing you!

The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist!

Very great location right by the river with jetty and boat. Cozy outdoor seating areas. The apartment is very stylishly furnished, great rooms with wooden floors and partly glazed timber framing overlooking the river and nature. The kitchen is great and well-equipped. The sauna and the wood-burning stove were a delight on the cool evenings and in the beds you sleep very well. We had plenty of room for 5 people.

Very nice cottage, nice neighbors, playground in sight. With small children, you have to be careful: the house is in a curve, and the cars sometimes drive very fast up the mountain. There is a washing machine and of course we always had hot water for showering. The heating was also on because it was very cool outside on some nights. Katrin responded quickly and kindly. We felt comfortable and would be happy to come back. All in all, a successful stay. :-) Thank you.

The cottage is comfortably furnished, the garden is simply amazing and if the weather cooperates, you are in good hands. With the wood-burning stove in the apartment, you quickly get a very pleasant temperature throughout the cottage. Everything necessary was available. An excellent choice in this area. I'd love to come back.
