Historical seigniorial house, where we built our wine cellar and set up an singular life area, working on comfort without forgetting the spirit of the place. The spaceful living room, with a full equipped kitchen, is a welcoming and hushed place, out of time. This room is opened on a large balcony, faced to East. In the first floor are 3 cosy bedrooms, organized with double beds or twin beds, separated toilets and air conditioned. A bottle of wine of the domaine is offered for your welcoming.

The spa suite: La Dolce Vita invites you to a romantic getaway and well-being. Nestled in a pedestrian street in old Dole, next to the cathedral that welcomes you. You will find a wellness area in a vaulted cellar with an area of 40 m² with a Jacuzzi-type spa bath, a sauna, a walk-in shower and all the necessary bath linens. In the heart of the city of the Dukes of Burgundy, we invite you to discover the Bacchus suite. This former bakery and its vaulted cellar, which in its time served as a workshop for the craftsman, now welcomes you in a luxurious loft refurbished for a stay in the wine and gastronomic capital of Burgundy. Its central location in the city, close to restaurants, monuments and public transport is dedicated to rest and relaxation.

Come and recharge your batteries in a peaceful and wooded location! The Gîte des Roses welcomes you for your reunions with family or friends. All comforts are at your disposal and a multitude of activities are offered (fire pit, billiards, foosball, badminton, darts, molkky, soccer ball...). Elegantly perched on its wooden terrace, your bubble will allow you to observe nature and admire the view of the unspoiled nature. As night falls, discover the fascinating spectacle of the celestial vault. Your bubble is equipped with a refrigerator, kettle (tea bag, herbal tea, coffee available), dishes for 2 people, and heating. Dry toilet and toiletries inside the unit. Private shower outside the accommodation.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

"L'étable Bressane" Gîte

Our cottage was created in our old stable. It is located in our farmhouse, an old farm close to our animals on a 10,000 m² plot of land without overlooking. This 40 m² loft-style cottage has a bedroom with a 160/200 bed, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet. You will have a private terrace and access to the entire property. Pets: cats only.

In its bicentennial cellars, Antoine and Julia, a French winemaker and Brazilian translator, produce natural wine without additives.
