Evan's peaceful spanish inspired cottage is the perfect getaway even when you aren't really getting away. Right in the center of one of the most beautiful neighborhoods you will have plenty to eat, drink, and entertain yourselves with. My boyfriend and I explored the local gardens, watched a movie at.the comfy Regal down the street, and enjoyed live music at the bar just down the street. If you're looking for a good place to stay in Northern Fresno or just a quiet weekend to get away from the bustle of everyday life this is the place for you!

Truly an architectural gem in Fresno! I was pleasantly surprised with the original midcentury architecture, but with modern finishes and appliances that don’t take away from the original character of the home. My family really enjoyed our stay here and felt right at home, thank you for having us!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Kim's home. The pool was nice and cool for this heat! The house was clean and had everything you would need! I definitely recommend Kim's place and would stay here again!

David's house was perfect for celebrating my daughter's high school graduation. They were very accommodating with our events and provided prompt and friendly communication. The house is very clean and nicely manicured front and back. It was perfect for our stay! We would gladly return again in the future!

Amazing stay at the Tropical Paradise! Booked while I was in town for the weekend to host a couple friends and swim- it is as advertised and made for an excellent weekend! I will be booking again when I am back in town.

Hosts were very quick to respond and accommodating. The house was amazing, and met all of our needs. Everything was clean and well prepared, no issues with anything. The house is conveniently located close to a lot of great local restaurants and shopping, a lot within a short 5 minute drive. I used it to host some friends traveling from out of town, but would also be a great place for a family to stay as well.

My Family and I felt so at home. Having the beautiful swimming pool was A++. It was quiet and very relaxing. Having fun restaurants and shopping close was a plus. Thank you to Dayana to being there when needed. Cathy and Ted

The house and hosts were amazing. The house is even better than the pictures show. The back yard is stunning and such a lovely place to relax after packed days visiting family. It was also so peaceful and quiet. Living in Fresno for years I was delighted at how serene it was.l for the visit. Inside the house was great. All the supplies you’d need, comfy beds, really thoughtful bathroom supplies, and even pool towels all laid out for our use. Could not have had a better house, easier in and out, and more delightful stay.

The home was perfect for our needs. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive throughout our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meal prep a breeze. The place was immaculate...very clean and well kept and even had a convenient charging station for my EV. I highly recommend this home and would absolutely stay here again.

I can’t express how thankful I am with Marisol, we had good communication and she understood and answered all my questions. In pictures the house looks small but it’s actually a very good size inside my Ex-husband the girlfriend and our children said that felt like home and it’s way better than getting a hotel room! Enjoyed the stay. Location was very convenient to be able to visit parks in the area, such as King's canyon, Sequoia , Yosemite and Big Sur. Neighborhood was very safe and friendly. We would see neighbors do morning and evening walks under the tree shaded streets.

The location was perfect just because it was in the middle of all the parks we wanted to go. Overall, a great value and we would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the house. It’s a great location close to restaurants, parks and shopping. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and a very well maintained house. Gary has provided everything you could possibly need if you wanted to cook. We weren’t in the house a lot except in the evening but we enjoyed our stay. We have rented this house numerous times in the past and will definitely be back!!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! From the beginning, the host was incredibly professional and had excellent communication, making the entire booking and check-in process seamless. The house itself was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities we could have hoped for. The location was perfect—situated in a quiet, upscale neighborhood that felt safe and welcoming. We especially loved spending time in the game room and taking advantage of the backyard BBQ grill and patio furniture. It was the perfect setup for relaxing evenings and enjoying the great weather.
