What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

Overall it was very nice, he was very responsive and made check in very smooth and easy, which after 3 flights and 10 hrs of flying was very nice. He even let us check in early and had available wine for us to enjoy. 10/10 would definitely come again. 😁

A perfect stay with friends to celebrate a bachelorette party! The house is amazing, tastefully decorated, spacious, clean and very well-equipped. Everything was functional: Jacuzzi, steam room, kitchen... A real cocoon of comfort just minutes from Paris, but in absolute calm. Ideal for a group of 8 people, we had an unforgettable time. Thank you again for this impeccable welcome, we will come back without hesitation!

Perfect for the stay of 2 technicians who had to work nearby. Very clean and well-equipped accommodation. Anyès and Eric are great hosts. We'll hold the place if new assignments need to be done :-)

Overall a pleasant stay of 2 nights in the accommodation, a few points of attention to be paid to cleaning and the presence of products (2 rolls of toilet paper already started for a stay of 2 days for 7 people and no stock), freezer usable but taken in ice. A small memo on the use of the oven would be welcome too (made for the hobs and that's fine) The late arrival on Friday did not allow us to see the presence of some waste in the garden, which moreover deserves a refresh (mowing, tree size) Good thing, it's a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood, a few shops nearby (10min walk)

Thanks to John for hosting us and for being responsive. I came with a friend for the weekend to disconnect and the place is ideal for that! We loved the outdoors, the equipped kitchen and the bedrooms. A quiet and pleasant place. We'll be happy to go back!

The stay was great and the location great for us as a family. As a family with 5 people, we would have appreciated an existing dishwasher. Otherwise, the accommodation was very well maintained, clean and not handed over with unnecessary decorative items. Having an existing washing machine, iron and a vacuum cleaner on site is great for a longer stay.

This was not our first time staying in Alexandra's apartment, which speaks for itself. An authentic Parisian apartment with stunning decoration and furnishings in a superb location.

We lived our stay in the apartment. Great location to the metro line 4 which connects all around Paris. Bed was firm but not too firm, pillows were great for euro style. Close to everything you need! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Starbucks is across the street if you are not geared up for 1/2 oz pure diesel fuel like most places. Supermarket across the street and close by liquor available. There’s a busy pizza shop next to the apartment, but it is not too loud at all. If I had one recommendation, I would say that there common area lights should stay lit for longer. They are on motion sensors and go off very quickly so you can find yourself in the dark on a very tricky set of steps, so be careful with that. I would certainly stay here again, and most likely would after learning how to navigate the city from this location. The bottle of champagne and chocolate and ice cream was a very nice touch. First class all the way.

In addition to being in a very good location, the apartment has a balcony with panoramic views. Paris, especially at sunset, is truly magical: the golden light floods the apartment. The decor is neat, and the neighborhood is just perfect. Don't hesitate!

Beautiful old Parisian style apartment and special view! This was one of the most beautiful Airbnb I ever did. Romantic and walkable. 2 mins from the Sacré Coeur Cathedral. You won't be disappointed. The area is quiet and close to metro as well. I love it!

Loved our stay at Chanjuan's place. Apartment was very cute and had everything we needed. Pretty much half way between 2 metro stations so easy to get anywhere you need in the city. Plenty hot water and lovely to have two big windows. Chanjuan gave lots of good recommendations too!

We were here adult women staying in Paris for a week. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood at night and there were plenty of restaurants nearby as well as a very nice supermarket within a 3 minute walk. The closest metro station was only 2-3 minutes away as well. It was so nice to have an elevator to take us upstairs after walking for hours each day. So few apartments in Paris have that feature. We almost chose an apartment that was a bit less cost, but are happy we chose this one for all of the conveniences and the beautiful decor. We felt like we were in a fancy hotel all week. Badr, our host couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful. He was always reaching out to us to see if there was anything we needed and he helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport.

Everything was very nice. We loved the atmosphere of the house and it was very good that it was close to the metro station.

On a weekend with friends, we had a great time at Thanom and Fred's: wonderful garden and outdoor amenities, everything we needed on site to cook, top bedding, we saved the address in our favorites and will come back without hesitation. Thanom and Fred were super available and flexible, thank you again.

Excellent accommodation for a larger group. We combined our stay with a weekend Disney Paris (only 15 minutes drive). House looks neat, decor is complete. Very quiet area, small street closed by a gate. Friendly welcome. Highly recommended!

Plenty of space, clean, & good communication about each step of the rental process.

A bright spacious place to stay as a jade with a private garden, an island of tranquility, really 25 minutes from the heart of Paris. We spent 6 nights in the house with my retired parents and my 4 year old toddler. The hospitality and helpfulness of his family brought a smile to our face, we met at any time during the stay. The 3 bedrooms are more than enough, the kitchen is well equipped, the salt and pepper spices. The baths are clean, the bigger one is extremely spacious, the tub is almost a pool for the toddler. The mattress is very soft with more tests. The breakfast is 5 minutes away from the accommodation (Boulangerie, Patisserie, supermarket and the farmer's market on Thursday). Parkolas on the adjacent street is free. The host's dog is friendly, sometimes it passes through the fenced garden, but it didn't bother us, the child loved the dog very much. TV, Netflix, YouTube, the couch is a toddler's favorite. I recommend it to those who like peace and quiet. I couldn't bring any specifics. We're back!

Great accommodation, very nicely decorated with toile de Jouy (wallpaper, cushion, etc.) very well equipped. Very nice welcome by the manager. We had a great time with the family. I would recommend it.

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!
