Own entrance, privacy, inclinator access, street parking. Please note the cottage is small but outdoor areas are expansive. 10 min walk to Whale Beach, 30 min walk to Palm Beach, ferry and Avalon. Keoride service, picks up from property and drops you to Avalon, Newport, Mona Vale, Warriewood, same on return. By car everything is 5 - 10 minutes away.

Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

Spa Serenity Cottage with Private Pool & Spa

This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.

The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. Drenched in northern sun, winter here is the best time of year! With 1 king bed (lux memory foam) plus 2nd double bed, you can sleep up to 4 (2 adults +2 children max, or 3 adults).
