Almost every guest describes my place as cozy, which was the feeling I was going for when I designed the space! You'll love this good sized 300 sq. ft PRIVATE 1 bedroom studio. This unit has its own entrance w/ punch code door, full bathroom, large walk-in closet, mini fridge, freezer and microwave. It has one parking spot in the driveway and a washer /dryer. The backyard is shared but the unit has a private patio. Rental is attached to a single family home. (Please note: No full kitchen)

This is a newly renovated condo in a clean and very quiet neighborhood! Must be able to climb steep and narrow stairs as it is a 100 years old building. Very conveniently located condo unit on the third floor. Not for serious cooker as we do not provide standard oven and stove, but come with dishwasher and a full size fridge. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance, Thai, Chinese, Italian, American, and Mideast. Arsenal mall full of entertainment and shopping is walking distance.

Comfortable house w garden and parking, close to T

The house is conveniently located 15-20 mins from downtown and 25 mins from the airport by taxi. There is a train and bus stations close by and there are lots of restaurants and stores (whole foods has everything) in a walking distance. There is a driveway parking that fits 3 cars. The house offers 7 sleeping places which is perfect for families and groups however there is no living room. Great place to stay with dogs as there is a backyard and lots of walking options.
