El piso se encuentra en una ubicación inmejorable, en el corazón de San Sebastián, en la parte vieja a 100 m de la playa de la Zurriola. Totalmente equipada, lavavajillas, lavadora, toallas, sabanas, televisión y wifi. Condiciones: no se admiten mascotas. No se permite fumar. Respeten a los vecinos, por favor.

Lugares de interés: El apartamento se encuentra a 100 m. de la playa, transporte público a 50 m, el centro de la ciudad a 500 m., el aeropuerto de Fuenterrabia a 7 km. y a 30 km. del de Biarritz, a 25 km. de San Sebastian y a 40 km. de Bayona. Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a la comodidad de la cama de 1,35 y sofa-cama de 1,20, la cocina completa, las vistas a unos bonitos jardines. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros, y familias (con hijos).

Beautiful and modern loft type in the old part of Donostia, on August 31st, named according to the New York Times as one of the 12 most authentic streets in Europe. 3 minutes walk from La Concha beach, recently awarded by Trip Advisor as the best beach in Europe and among the 10 best in the world, and 3 minutes walk from Zurriola beach. Very quiet house although it is in the center of the pintxos area since it is completely soundproofed.
