LOFT in the best área of DONOSTIA

Beautiful and modern loft type in the old part of Donostia, on August 31st, named according to the New York Times as one of the 12 most authentic streets in Europe. 3 minutes walk from La Concha beach, recently awarded by Trip Advisor as the best beach in Europe and among the 10 best in the world, and 3 minutes walk from Zurriola beach. Very quiet house although it is in the center of the pintxos area since it is completely soundproofed.

Places of interest: The apartment is located 100 m from the beach, public transport 50 m, downtown 500 m, Fuenterrabia airport 7 km and 30 km from Biarritz airport, 25 km from San Sebastian and 40 km from Bayonne. You'll love my place because of the comfort of the 1.35 bed and 1.20 sofa bed, the full kitchen, the view to some nice gardens. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, and families (with children).
