The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. And we hope they feel welcome in our house. Of course we give you tips for sightseeing, restaurants, bars, etc....

Located in the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. We offer you our bright holiday flat at Freiburg-Herdern, a suburban area right next to the black forest but still close to the city centre with panoramic streets. The flat is close to popular viewpoints and recreation destinations. The apartment lies in one of Freiburg's best locations at a southern-facing slope with an amazing view of the city, the „Schönberg“ hill, the wine region of „Kaiserstuhl“ and the French Vosges mountains. Genieße ein stilvolles Erlebnis in dieser tollen Unterkunft, die mit viel Liebe eingerichtet wurde. Ich möchte, dass meine Gäste das zu schätzen wissen und sich besonders wohl fühlen. Es ist kein Apartment für Leute, die günstig irgendwo übernachten möchten, da es keine typische Ferienwohnung ist! Ich wünsche mir Gäste, die es besonders schön haben möchten und sich so wohl fühlen und verhalten, wie sie das auch in ihrem Zuhause tun würden. Eine Bitte: Ausdrücklich nur Nichtraucher willkommen!

Zentrale Ferienwohnung mit Garten in ruhiger Lage

Gemütliche, ruhige Ferienwohnung in einem der schönsten Stadtteile Freiburgs. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Das Appartement liegt im Souterrain mit separatem Zugang durch den Garten. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet mit Kochmöglichkeit, Dusche/WC, Gartensitzplatz und kostenlosem PKW-Stellplatz. Sie ist hervorragend an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden und in unmittelbarer Umgebung finden Sie sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants und Cafés.

Altbauwohnung nahe Hbf

Zwei Zimmer stehen in meiner kleinen vier Zimmer Altbauwohnung zu verfügung. Beide sind ausgestattet mit einem 140cm Bett. In der „kruschteligen“ Küche findest ihr alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Wenn ihr kommt, ziehe ich natürlich aus! Und nein, ich habe keinen Fernseher! :D Der Hbf ist in 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. In gleicher Entfernung findest du verschiedenste Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants. Die Wohnung verfügt nur über ein winziges Badezimmer mit Dusche...

Cosy Studio 5 minutes from train Station Zell i.W.

Cozy, private studio with private entrance, kitchen / dining area, bathroom and bedroom with a double bed. The house is located in the countryside with a view of Zell im Wiesental. Until there is no 5 minute walk. Zell lies at 426 m and is framed by hills and mountains to over 1000 m altitude. It is a small town with good shopping and good connection to bus and train. You can borrow a bicycle for small tours for 5€ / day
