You can enjoy this magnificent panorama through the spacious windows from almost all rooms and of course on the balconies of the 200 sqm duplex apartment.

The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! The Hierholzer pond is a habitat for dragonflies, aquatic insects, a spawning ground for numerous frogs and a summer meeting place for locals and their guests. The chalet/wooden house with large roof overhang, conservatory and balcony facing the pond provides 65 m² in 3.5 rooms. The property with 1000 m² west slope is sun-drenched.
