Michelle was a terrific host, always responded immediately to any questions about the house or dining suggestions. Lots of toys to use at the beach. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back for another vacation.

We went to Matt’s place with another family and we had a wonderful stay! We had 3 kids between us. The bunk room for the kids was great. Lots of room for our families and the beds were comfortable. We loved how easily accessible the beach was from the house. Matt provides a wagon, sand toys and chairs which was greatly appreciated. He was also proactive and communicative very well. We also enjoyed having access to the pools. We will definitely stay there again!

If you are looking for a peaceful time in an absolutely beautiful home, this is the place. Paix-Blue in Sea Isle is perfect! You have the best of the beach and the bay. Kimberly was an amazing host, she responded quickly to all questions and made our stay like home away from home. The pool and spa are gorgeous and clean, perfect for relaxing day and night. The west end marina is a minute away and has great restaurants and the beach was a 2 min drive. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back soon! Our fur babies loved it too. Lastly, my husband loves fishing and we had access to a private pier!! I could go on and on.

Our family had a great time at the beach house. It is beautiful and spacious. Pros: super close walk to the beach with an easy access gate at the back yard to get to the beach boardwalk; spacious private beds/bathrooms for all, modern amenities (including whole home audio system), kitchen well stocked, very comfortable beds, basic toiletries/towels provided, great views, lots of entertaining space, and the island is perfect for setting out a large buffet of food. Cons: guests not allowed to use elevator (this was a LOT of stairs for our elderly mother), Hot tub jets had very low pressure - guests have no control over the hot tub temperature, and have to call/text owner every time for use. We had read about this in previous reviews, but didn’t realize how much an inconvenience this would be, especially if you want an impromptu late-night hot tub plunge. Overall, the pros outweighed the cons by far. This was a beautiful house and the whole rental experience was smooth and easy.

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this home and it’s such a good spot for our group. The host is always on top of anything we need and the location is great and safe for our families.

Great place clean. Really nice furniture large TV. Great kitchen lots of pots. Lots of clean bathrooms comfortable beds. Really nice spot. Well worth the trip.

Excellent stay-we rent a beach house for our five sons and families every summer-this was the best. Very responsive, attentive host. Very accommodating. Complete kitchen with large pots and skillets for a large group-especially appreciated the griddle and crock pot. Plenty of silverware, dishes, and cups for a large group. Plenty of towels-not just bath, but also beach towels! Great location-just walk across the street to the beach. Loved the beach toys for the kids and even a rake for the seaweed. Three bathrooms AND an outdoor shower! Two downstairs bedrooms were great for one son with a disability and one couple needing quiet from the baby. Lots of games to play and even books to read. Parking was amazing- driveway makes it so no one was boxed in. We really recommend Lucky's Lookout.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! Even with nearby homes, it felt quiet, peaceful, and surprisingly private—perfect for our family getaway. House was exactly as pictured, with a cozy, beach-weathered charm. The downstairs outdoor space was a highlight, and the hot tub was a great bonus (some sand in it, but totally expected at the beach!). The beach gear was definitely past its prime, but still appreciated and useful. The views were absolutely unbeatable, and despite the slightly higher price, we felt the experience and location were worth it. The only issue we had was an unexpected visit from a man who said he was there to check on some repairs. No one had notified us, and he entered bedrooms—including one where teenage girls were sleeping and our personal belongings were out. It caught us off guard, and I had to reach out to confirm he was actually sent by the host. A heads-up beforehand would’ve made us feel much more comfortable. Overall though, we had a fantastic stay!

We celebrated a family birthday in this lovely beach home. It has a fantastic location - just steps from the beach, with great views of the ocean from the decks and front windows. Hosts provided all necessary amenities including bed linens, and bath and beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. Terry and Katherine communicated well and were prompt to respond. We felt safe in this community and would definitely stay here in the future.

This house was perfect for our beach trip and it was our toddlers first time! Gina and Alan were so thoughtful to make sure they had the beach essentials they needed! They were flexible and quick to answer any questions/concerns! I would highly recommend and will definitely see if this is available next time we come!

I had to reschedule our trip twice and it was super easy both times. Melissa was very responsive and the house was just as described. The location can’t be beat! We will definitely stay again!

This is our fifth time staying at Patrick’s house. This stay, like all the others, was a great experience. It’s a perfect location with a great fishing dock. It’s a quiet, peaceful setting and not too far from Galveston. The house is nice and comfortable. Patrick is quick to address any concerns and is always responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

The home was just as described. The beach was so close we could easily run back to the house if something was needed. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs and the wagon. We had a great stay.

Great stay in Surfside Beach area. Easy access to the beach, but still private. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of six. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time here. House is on a quiet neighborhood street. Easy walk to a cozy, pedestrian beach. The house was clean, well kept, and comfortable. The host provided excellent customer service. Great spot for a family getaway.

This house is so beautiful and cute! It’s dog themed and was so thoughtfully decorated and cozy! We stayed on the outer decks facing the ocean any time we were home. It fit our family of 10 perfectly, beds were comfy and plenty of extras of anything you need. Easy check in and check out instructions! We rented a golf cart but the entrance to the beach is just a few houses down and across the street, so very easy access! Would 100% recommend staying here to anyone!

We enjoy our stay at Mimosa manner. The house was beautiful. We did have to wash many of the dishes before using them , but that was no big deal. House was clean and bug free. Could have used a few more chairs outside, we went and bought a few so everyone would be comfortable. Steve was great at communicating and very responsive.

We had an amazing stay with 5 adults and 2 young children and felt right at home at Christine’s beach home! The home is immaculately clean, very well stocked and extremely comfortable. We rented a golf cart to get to the beach easier with young children and lots of beach gear, but it is definitely walkable. The beach near the home was not crowded or rowdy even on a holiday weekend. Check in and check out was easy and Christine and her husband are so helpful and responsive if you have any questions during your stay. Overall the best AirBNB we have ever booked!

Perfect location to everything. So close to the beach and restaurants. The home had all necessities we needed. Our family had a great time staying at this home and I would recommend this place to others.
