Bungalow vacation rentals in Free municipal consortium of Syracuse

The Beach Bungalow on Marina Di Modica was just right. The beach a few hundred yards away was spotlessly clean and the sea was crystal clear. The aircon in the accommodation was much needed . Giovanni stayed very late due to delay flight time and was always in contact on what’s app checking up on me and answering any questions very quickly. He also fixed the shower rail which due to no fault of theirs fell down and he sorted it within a few hours. Highly recommend staying at Keys as you feel very looked after and Giovanni is a very charming host and very keen to make sure my stay was as happy and relaxed as I wanted it to be. I was also allowed to have a later check out time that suited me for a very small extra cost. The small town has an amazing Gelateria, I tried a different ice cream flavour each day, lovely hidden deli behind it with delicious breads, pastries etc too and a small mini market for all essentials. The lifeguard and staff at Corola Beach bar had best sun beds. 🏖️❤

We stayed in one of the bungalows for three weeks. The residence is perfect especially if you have children, in fact there are no cars or other means and children are free to play in serenity and safety. The property is immersed in a beautiful Mediterranean garden that gives a little freshness even on the hottest days. The beach is only three minutes away on foot, you can choose between free beach or beaches. In addition, given the location, an important feature is the presence of reserved parking in a gated area next to the property. Giorgio and his brother Daniel are two hosts present but discreet, in their structure it feels like home, it feels like home. They are never intrusive but always available when needed. I absolutely recommend staying in La Perla di Sicilia.

La Perla is Sicilia is a small, quietly located bungalow complex, 3min walk from the beautiful beach. You can hear the sound of the sea from the terrace. Very suitable for children. Small playground with good ping pong table in the complex. Giorgio and Daniel are very nice, uncomplicated, helpful operators. If it works out, I'll go again.😀

The bungalow is cozy and of optimal size even for a family of 4 people. It is located in a quiet, private complex and in an advantageous location: a few ten meters from both the beach and the central square of Marina di Modica. Giorgio and Daniel are two very kind and helpful hosts. Marina di Modica is a very quiet seaside resort with public and private beaches, well cared for. From Marina di Modica you can easily reach wonderful places: Punta delle Ants, the island of currents, Marzamemi, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Punta Secca, Syracuse, Scicli, … It's definitely a vacation that I'll remember very positively.

I recommend it to all couples who want to spend their holidays. Really comfortable accommodation and very close to the sea ,restaurants, bars and everything you need for everyday life. It was a home, in all respects, nothing was really missing. Whatever you needed, it was present in the house. Really friendly and affectionate welcome. Sorry for repetitive but I REALLY RECOMMEND IT TO COUPLES IN SEARCH OF RELAXATION!!! Corrado is a wonderful and attentive host. The Bungalow is in a beautiful bucolic spot in a olive grove with a welcoming grassy entrance despite the heat and sun of the region. Having a car is essential and being fit to walk to reach the sea as well as whilst the cottage is adjacent to vendicari, the sea is a little distant. said that, access to the other entrances to Vendicari are at only 10 minutes drive and with easier access to the water. We had a wonderful stay..

perfect getaway!! beautiful house and garden, you can see the care and great taste :) plus, the sea is really close (couple of minutes walking!!)

A wonderful week in a wonderful peaceful environment. A few steps from the beach. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

You were both always available, accommodating, caring and attentive to guests, it was very nice. Our girls (4 and 9) were charmed by the place, and as you already know, by the 4 little cats that made them happy during the hottest hours of the day.
