The home is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7 -8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad 1-2 times an hour. The ground floor area on the first floor is approximately 115m². Here there are two big bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and a delicious newly renovated bathroom. 2nd floor have two bedrooms. Sleeps/dining area for 10 people. Children's high chair and sprinkler bed can be provided upon request.

Short distance to Old Town with free ferry ride of about 7 minutes to the city center. Has 3 bicycles for lending. Nice hiking areas, light trail, glommastien, Kongstenbadet, golf course, 10 minutes from E6, 30 minutes to Svinesund, just over an hour to Oslo. Great public transit.
