The apartment: a bedroom with 2 really good box mattresses, which function as a double bed or single beds. Both winter and summer duvets are extra long. Combined living room/kitchen, entrance and small bathroom with shower. There is private guest parking and bicycles available. Close to lovely Kattegat with access to the beach from the landowners' association beach. NOTE: due to dog allergy, no pets. Sorry.

(5 min/car, 10 min/bike, 30 min/ walk). The main house has a large kitchen, wood stove, dining area for 6 people, bedroom with Queen size bed, chamber with 1 single bed. Bathroom with toilet, shower/seat bathtub, washing machine. Utility room with dishwasher. Annex: 2 beds. 3 sleeping places and heat pump, so it is always dry and nice.

It has been newly renovated with respect for the house's 170-year history, including the kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children could be seriously injured if they fell down.

109 square meter cottage with large wooden deck and covered terrace located on an undisturbed natural plot with lots of sun in the heart of Asserbo Plantage. The living room has panoramic windows and exit to covered terrace. The living room has a wood-burning stove and direct access to the open kitchen. The house has a large master bedroom and two rooms. The bathroom was completely renovated in the spring of 2025 and upgraded with underfloor heating and an outdoor bath with hot and cold water.
