Cozy year-round insulated wooden cottage from 1997 with large bright kitchen-living room and two exits to the outdoors. Outside, there is a covered wooden terrace and tiled terrace in the open air. At the back of the property there is a playhouse and sandpiles for the children. There is wireless internet (fibernet). Please note that guests must bring their own bed linen and towels and clean the house themselves upon departure, and that electricity consumption is paid separately.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

The house is located in beautiful, quiet natural surroundings down to Esrum River. From the house, there is a view of the garden, river and fields. Next to the house is the main house where there may sometimes be someone.
