The apartment is located in the basement, has its own entrance from the garden. Interior: In the entrance to the right is a bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and washing machine. To the left of the entrance hall is the entrance to the kitchen - straight to the left is the bedroom and to the right is the living room. We live on the ground floor, 2 people and 1 cat. The cat doesn't come in the basement. We recommend that a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children live in the apartment. Large garden with barbecue area which you of course also have access to.

The view down to the lake is a beautiful panoramic picture, which visually changes from hour to hour throughout the day. Feel free to swim in and sail on the lake, where you can be lucky to see otters. Around the area around the lake, you can also be lucky to see deer, fallow deer, hares and other animals and birds. Birkegaard b'n'b Cozy, newly renovated country property with thatched roof and private location overlooking its own forest, fields and wild deer. A few kilometers from Hald Lake and Dollerup hills. Private entrance with kitchen and dining area, spacious bathroom and bright room with cabinets and desk. The room contains two beds (140) and a pull-out bed. Forest cabin in scenic surroundings. Located on a 5200 m2 private property. In the immediate area there is access to Karup River and Nature National Park Kompedal Plantage. In the cottage there is a kitchen-living room, wood stove, bathroom, bedroom with a short double bed (NOTE the bed is short W: 140 x L: 180 cm) and loft with 2 beds (180 x 200). There is a nice wooden terrace with access to an annex with an extra bedroom. IMPORTANT: The tenant is responsible for cleaning and tidying up. No partying or loud music.
