Almond cottage is positioned above a dam in the heart of the Banhoek conservancy. It is a light, modern cabin with direct access to endless hiking and the finest mountain biking trails in the western cape. Although it is styled as a one bedroom, two person cabin, there is a queen sized open pod attached to the living room which can sleep 2 children or an extra guest and can be made up for small extra fee. Almond cottage is set back from the lake and enjoys views of farmland and mountains.

A sunroom provides an open view of the water and surrounding landscape, featuring comfortable seating and a coffee table. Large glass windows brighten the space, allowing natural light to fill the room. Lush greenery and mountain views are visible beyond the patio area.

A covered patio with a gas braai overlooking the lake. There is also a gas fireplace for the cold winter nights. Two carports.
