Historical seigniorial house, where we built our wine cellar and set up an singular life area, working on comfort without forgetting the spirit of the place. The spaceful living room, with a full equipped kitchen, is a welcoming and hushed place, out of time. This room is opened on a large balcony, faced to East. In the first floor are 3 cosy bedrooms, organized with double beds or twin beds, separated toilets and air conditioned. A bottle of wine of the domaine is offered for your welcoming.

A cozy 17 m² wooden POD offering modern comforts and everything you need to feel at home. The 2 terraces, one of which features a hot tub heated to 38°C (100°F) all year round (€50 option), offer unobstructed views over a valley; the setting is peaceful. The Finnish grill and sauna are optional. Situated between Besançon (15 minutes) and the Jura (20 minutes), the Loue Valley (10 minutes), and the Doubs Valley (5 minutes), our village is ideally located for exploring this beautiful region.

Besançon city center is about a 10-minute drive away. Private parking at the foot of the property.

Please note, parties are not allowed! You will be able to practice cycling, mountain biking, tree climbing, river fishing not far away, long forest walks... Pleasant 23 m² studio in house with independent access, ground floor, an exterior, a parking space in village close to highway access to Besançon Centre and Saint-Claude, TRAM terminus (city center access). Village served by buses. This is my home that I make available during my absences, so equipped, only a 2-door wardrobe with my personal belongings is unavailable. Cats are present in the house inhabited by my daughter.
