Historical seigniorial house, where we built our wine cellar and set up an singular life area, working on comfort without forgetting the spirit of the place. The spaceful living room, with a full equipped kitchen, is a welcoming and hushed place, out of time. This room is opened on a large balcony, faced to East. In the first floor are 3 cosy bedrooms, organized with double beds or twin beds, separated toilets and air conditioned. A bottle of wine of the domaine is offered for your welcoming.

Our single-story home is in a great location, on a cul-de-sac without traffic noise. Located in a quiet and green residential area, perfect for relaxing and forgetting all the day's worries, close to all the necessary amenities: supermarket, bakery, pizzeria, bank, etc. Walking and cycling enthusiasts can fully enjoy the Long du Doubs road bike route. Besançon city center is about a 10-minute drive away. Private parking at the foot of the property.

Pleasant 23 m² studio in house with independent access, ground floor, an exterior, a parking space in village close to highway access to Besançon Centre and Saint-Claude, TRAM terminus (city center access). Village served by buses. This is my home that I make available during my absences, so equipped, only a 2-door wardrobe with my personal belongings is unavailable. Cats are present in the house inhabited by my daughter.
