Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was previously our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while, and everything was custom-made to my liking (1st-floor apartment). Nestled a 15-minute walk from the city center and 5 minutes from the train station, I hope this property will offer you a remarkable experience if you are looking for comfort, style, and convenience. Please note: there is a beam at a height of 5.6 feet (1.70 m) in the bedroom.

This single-story cottage, with private spa. Air-conditioned. Ground floor: Kitchen open to the living room. The living room has a sofa bed that can sleep an additional 2 people at a rate of €15/person per night. Suitable for people with reduced mobility. Electric heating included. The pluses of the cottage: Sheets provided and beds made on arrival, end-of-stay cleaning and towels included. A second cottage for 4 to 6 people is adjoining if needed for a total of 10 people.

This cosy and relaxing house is located in a small village in the Allier (03, Auvergne Rhône-Alpes). You will find a bakery, a mini-market, a bar-tabac, a pharmacy, a hotel-restaurant, a local products shop and a brocante. The village borders the Allier River – ideal for canoeing or fishing – and the house is situated on the GR3, the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago). No wifi or television, but peace, relaxation and board games to enjoy life in a different way.

Very nice apartment on the 2nd floor of a 19th century bourgeois house, in the heart of a century-old park, recommended by Le Petit Futé. An enchanted enclave in the heart of the city, less than a 5-minute walk to the train station and tourist center. The 2 bedrooms, very spacious, each have a 160 x 200 bed and a desk. A large sofa offers the 5th bed. A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, offers an ideal living space to enjoy a hearty breakfast.

From the sunny days, you can enjoy its swimming pool from May to September. And in the meantime, you can relax in the balneo bathtub or you can cocoon in front of a wood fire (or not, there is also electric heating). A wonderful stay at Château de Paraize: staying in the French countryside with beautiful views of the horses in the fields. The river Allier is within walking distance, enjoy beautiful nature, old towns, wine estates, markets with good food or flea markets. Or bbq with us at Paraize itself, participate in a wine tasting in the old wine cellar by candlelight, or just enjoy the campfire.
