Le Lac d’Etival à 1,5KM, commerces à 9KM( Clairvaux les Lacs), pistes de ski de fond à 6KM, pistes ski de descente à 30 minutes en voiture. Nombreuses balades ou VTT à faire depuis le chalet. The La Charme gîte is located in Sacquenay in the heart of the Bourgogne Franche Comté region. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.

In a small contemporary building, perched on the heights of Montreux (Territet district), about ten minutes' walk from transport (bus, train and pier), 80 M2 apartment, 2 and a half rooms (bedroom, large living room and integrated kitchen), southwest facing Lake Geneva. Accessible for people with reduced mobility (elevator) with private parking available. The apartment and terrace are non-smoking.

You'll love it for the comfort, the high ceilings, the location, and the view of the Doubs. My place is good for couples and families. There is an extra bed in the library for a 5th person.
