Super well located and well-equipped apartment, with everything you need to spend a few days in Foz. Valmir was an excellent host, super helpful and proactive! He helped us with a last-minute issue and even brought some herbs for us to make tea and endure the unusual cold that was in the city. I recommend it.

I have no words to express my gratitude for all the understanding, availability, flexibility and affection in understanding my emergency situation. It was amazing how they managed to help me and speed things up so I could get there quickly. The condominium is beautiful, with excellent structure and security, with 24-hour concierge. The staff are extremely cordial and polite. The apartment is a real spectacle! Very well-planned, cozy, functional and impeccably clean environments. The location is also fantastic, with a wide variety of shops nearby, which we can easily access on foot. Next to the building is the Coralina bakery, which honestly, sometimes I had to cross to the other side of the sidewalk to resist the delights of this place!! Another place that is already our favorite is the Captain Bar and Restaurant, super recommended! We'll be back for sure!

The apartment is actually bigger than it appears. It's beautiful and cozy. The private garden is huge. The location is very good. The host was super helpful and attentive. Returning to Foz, I definitely want to stay there again. Seriously, people, you can book without fear...

We very much liked the days we spent, although there were other people in the yard, there was no noise that would bother. When we arrived Tainá's mother was in the house and was super attentive and receptive with us, Tainá tb always responded with speed and clarity. We didn't have any problems.

Everything was perfect, Cristiane gave clear and accurate directions about the property. The accommodation had everything we needed for our stay in Foz do Iguaçu. The place is exactly as shown in the photos and is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The space is perfect for a family and has all the amenities, a full kitchen and was very clean. The neighborhood is close to the Falls, Parque das Aves, the Argentine border and the Three Borders Landmark. The hosts were super attentive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great house, very attentive and available hosts. There were a few maintenance items that needed to be fixed in the house, but nothing that compromised our stay. We were very well taken care of, I recommend it to everyone.

The house was very peaceful and quiet, great place to relax.

The children loved the pool and the horse stable that was near by! You could pay around 60 reais per person to ride the horses around the farm with a guide. The horses were super friendly perfect for the children to ride them alone. Near the house around a 10 min walk there is a wonderful lake with a deck. Perfect for sunrise and sunsets ! There is also a small local market right in front of the house. Moreover the house was spotless with wonderful furniture and the kitchen was spatular to cook in. Jose also responded to all the messages sent on time. This house is perfect for nature and animal lovers. Would definitely recommend this house !!! 😊😀

The stay was great. The house served us very well, with a lot of comfort, and no negative points worth mentioning. Note 10. I also highlight the host Valmyr who, even though we did not meet in person, was extremely attentive and responsive, making the process much easier. I highly recommend the house, and I would definitely stay there again, or at another Valmyr property.

The stay was perfect. Arriving at the apartment, I already felt at home, everything was very clean, fragrant and organized. New furniture and utensils, air conditioning in the bedrooms, wonderful shower. Everything was as advertised, in fact, it exceeded expectations. We went as a group of 5 and had a great time.

The apartment is very simple but very clean and organized. For a few days, he served us well. It had basic items like coffee powder, salt, etc., which makes all the difference. Communication with Ale was great and very fast, she even sent some tips for tours in Foz, I thought it was super cool. The building is well organized and quiet.
