The view of the sea is beautiful. Anna was always attentive and Marino was also very attentive.

Paesaggio bellissimo e giardino ben curato. Le camere sono molto pulite e profumate, l'alloggio è dotato di tutti i comfort ,inoltre è in una posizione strategica che permette di visitare le spiagge più belle a pochi chilometri l'una dall'altra. Valentina è un host molto gentile, ci ha fornito molte informazioni per visitare luoghi d'interesse nei dintorni. Apprezzato molto il self check-in. Grazie Valentina! Assolutamente consigliata.

Tomasso was very helpful before as well as during our stay. He gave us multiple recommendations of where to go as well as of some potential restaurants to try out. The apartment was located in a great area, with restaurants and historical sights all within walkable distance. The beach was easily accessible by bus which was only a few minutes away. The host always felt approachable and friendly, but never to the point where it would be overbearing. Our stay was overall amazing and if we're ever back in Cagliari, we'd choose this place again for our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Fiorenza’s apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Fiorenza was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she gave us so many great tips for trips and things to see in the area, which made our stay even more special. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and we would happily come back anytime.

Posizione perfetta e appartamento molto carino e spazioso

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay at Casa Masina. The host’s instructions were easy to follow, and the accommodation itself was spotless and quiet. Anna was always quick to respond and very friendly. We would be happy to stay at the property again next time we are in the area and cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

We had an outstanding stay at Villa Stella Marina. The communication with Matty was excellent both before and during our stay. Everything was well organized so we only met Matty for check-in and check-out, but he was making sure at all times in a very unobtrusive manner that everything was to our liking. The house itself lived up to the description in every way. The location is outstanding. The view is fantastic. In addition to the private pool, there is a larger communal pool for further fun. The description refers to the 65 steps - a small price to pay for such an amazing view. All in all, a successful stay that was not tarnished by anything. We can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Villa Stella Marina. Grazie mille.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni indimenticabile in questo splendido appartamento con vista mare! Fin dal primo momento siamo stati colpiti dalla luminosità e dalla pulizia degli ambienti. L’arredamento è curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi a casa anche in vacanza. Il punto forte è sicuramente la terrazza dove facevamo colazione,pranzo e cena con una vista mozzafiato. Un’esperienza davvero magica! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili dall’inizio alla fine della nostra vacanza. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una vacanza rigenerante. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und bietet alles was man für einen guten Urlaub braucht. A. Paola ist sehr freundlich, kommunikativ und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Sie hat auch viele Tipps gegeben, was es ist in der Nähe alles gibt und was man mit Kindern machen kann. Hätten wir kein Auto gehabt, hätte sie uns sogar vom ca 30km entfernten Flughafen geholt. Sie hat, dadurch dass wir Probleme mit unserem Flug hatten, uns geholt. Da wir mitten in der Nacht erst auf dem Weg zur Unterkunft waren und uns verfahren haben, hat sie direkt angeboten uns abzuholen und zur Unterkunft zu begleiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren nicht das letzte Mal dort.

The owner was always available for us and regularly inquired whether everything was to our satisfaction and also gave us valuable tips about the region. The quiet location and the view are particularly noteworthy. Also the possibility to cook outside was a nice feature.

Das Highlight war der Ausblick auf der wunderschönen Terrasse! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, die Betten bequem, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat Spaß gemacht zu kochen und mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick zu essen, war ein Traum. Andrea hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir haben das Familienrestaurant besucht, den freundliche Service und das hochwertige Essen genossen. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit! Es ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden, aber auch da hat uns Andrea super und sehr schnell geholfen. Danke für alles!

Le logement de Barbara offre un parfait confort. Literie, décoration, accès, fournitures… Tout est parfait. Barbara est en plus très gentille, réactive et arrangeante. Je recommande à 100% !

I was able to stay at Carla's apartment twice during a 6 week work trip. This place is perfect for a work trip! I was especially struck by how good the internet set up is here for working from home after a week trip out of town with very poor internet access. If you're coming to Cagliari for work or will need to work, this is a great space for that. In addition, the space is also very modern and has all that you would need for cooking and dining at home. The location is at the edge of a private residential area but within 1-2 minutes you're on the main shopping street with plenty to do! There is also the terrace, which is lovely. Carla is also very sweet, responsive, and communicative. She kept me updated about things in the apartment and always asked if/when she could stop by if there was an issue.

Appartamento spazioso, pulitissimo, a pochi passi dal centro ed esattamente come vedete nelle foto. Cucina abbastanza fornita, mancano forse alcune padelle e suggerirei di lasciare dei condimenti (olio e spezie) Fornito di molti asciugamani, anche per la spiaggia. Il letto a castello lo consiglierei più per due bambini, che adulti, soprattutto perchè c'è poco spazio dove mettere i piedi quando si scende dalle scalette. Ci ha accolti la signora Maria, gentilissima e super disponibile. Anche Stefania, seppur lontana durante il nostro soggiorno, è stata sempre presente e tempestiva nei messaggi. Data la settimana molto calda, abbiamo sofferto senza aria condizionata, ma è in programma di installarla per l'anno prossimo e quello sarà un grande plus. Riassumendo: molto consigliato.

Casa carina e semplice, ma dotata di tutto. Non le manca niente. Splendida vista dalla terrazza. Stafano carinissimo e reattivo su tutto.

Fantastisk lägenhet med allt man behöver och bekvämt gångavstånd till buss och restauranger. Daniela är en otroligt bra värd som alltid svarade snabbt på alla meddelanden och gav väldigt tydliga svar på allt vi undrade. Rekommenderar denna lägenhet starkt och kan tänka mig att bo här igen om jag kommer tillbaka!

appartamento comodo e con ampi spazi sito in posizione tranquilla per quanto riguarda il paesino ma in posizione strategica per visitare spiagge e paesini, abbiamo molto apprezzato le indicazioni turistiche che prontamente Corrado ci ha fornito (spiagge ristoranti siti) bellissima vacanza posti stupendi . Die Unterkunft und die Lage waren exzellent. Direkt am Stand und in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants und Bars und dennoch sehr ruhig. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Stadt. Absolut hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin.

Wir waren vier Tage bei Anto&Gio zu Gast und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und bekamen Empfehlungen für Ausflugsziele, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch sonst waren die Gastgeber immer erreichbar für uns. Frisches Obst, Wasser, Wein, Bier und Eiswürfel standen für uns bereit. Die Wohnung ist sauber, groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sogar mit Blumen aus dem eigenen Garten wurde dekoriert. Die Terrasse mit dem Panoramablick ist sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts super schön. Wir hatten ein Auto (Privatparkplatz vorhanden) und Fahrräder dabei und konnten so die Umgebung erkunden. Vielen Dank für alles!
