A great private location with beautiful views of nature, you will feel relaxed and at ease in this beautiful area. Look out for the Northern Lights/Aurora with no houses on the north side of the road to block any view of them. The home has a comfortable queen bed. Cook on the gas range with all the necessary cooking utensils available. The house has Wi-Fi, TV / Amazon Fire Stick to watch your favorite shows. The house includes hot water to the taps, indoor toilet and stand up shower. (see below)

This cozy, cute, quiet and warm apartment is the perfect place to snuggle up in while you enjoy a Alaska winter. We have a clear view of the Northern Lights if they bless us. In the summer we are blocks away from Amazing walking paths, lake view and access. Walking distance to all.

Alaskan Suite - Quiet Home!

Quiet and Private 2 bedroom suite downstairs in rural neighborhood. 12 minutes from shopping centers. Fully stocked galley style kitchen with dining area. Queen beds with new 14" comfort foam mattresses. High speed internet, unlimited wifi, and clutter free work area. It's quiet and sound proofed but I do not permit rock party's. Aurora is visible from the yard when they're on display. I designed this comfortable space for my elderly Mom, if she ever needs it. But for now it's a classy Airbnb!

Come experience the interior of Alaska at our fabulous, family friendly, 3 bedroom, 2 bath log home. We are just far enough out of the city that you can enjoy the Aurora! The home is also great for small groups. We are on 6 acres with 100’s of acres of state land and hiking right out the back yard to explore. This is a place to escape from the rush of life & relax. The city, with shopping, restaurants, river walk, museums and night life is a beautiful 15 minute drive & we often see Denali.

After exploring Fairbanks, you can get your gear cleaned in the washer and dryer. Sleep tight on the memory foam mattress. Create something special in the full kitchen. Work on your to-do list in the home office. Or just relax on the couch with free access to Netflix, HBO Max, and Amazon. Truly a relaxing stay.

WARNING: This cabin is OFF-GRID and DRY. If you dont know what that means, dont fear, I will explain! Aurora Outpost is located on a private 100 acre homestead just 7 minutes from Fairbanks and 5 minutes from Fox, AK. There is NO electricity, lighting is provided by warm lanterns. There is NO plumbing, but there is a small water system and outhouse. I am also available 24/7 to answer any questions about the features of the cabin or to help guests enjoy the cabin to its fullest!

May 2025: The Toyo oil stove has recently been examined and adjusted to respond to a few guests who have mention a fuel smell. While not dangerous, a blocked air exchange vent created an unpleasant smell. All resolved now! ** At times during the winter, AWD or 4WD is REQUIRED.

Wonderful home in a peaceful setting. House is newly built and clean and fully furnished with everything you could need. Great neighborhood for walking. Friendly, responsive host.

The cabin was beautiful! I loved the big windows so you can enjoy the views of the surrounding forest of trees! It was quiet, clean, comfortable and well supplied with kitchenware and utensils. Even though there are regular deliveries of water, Hanna still came to check the water level to ensure I would not run out during my 16 night stay. She was happy to make recommendations for my inquiries. I have Verizon and had no issues with cell service. I would absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this home. It was spacious enough for our family of 6 and more. The home was clean and had more than we expected. Kitchen was stocked with all of the supplies we needed. We enjoyed the jacuzzi almost every night. The view from the back porch was breathtaking. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive if we needed anything. They maintained the jacuzzi during our stay so it was always ready for us. I highly recommend this place. And it’s also within walking distance to a nice trail. We would definitely stay here again.

There were 3 adult couples and the house worked out great. We each had our own floor and there was plenty of space. The hot tub was great and we very much enjoyed using the coffee station as people got up in the morning. Daria was very helpful and very responsive. Highly recommend her property.
