The cottage is a truly lovely accommodation situated in a calm neighbourhood right by the beach. The beautiful garden with olive trees is a highlight, we had a great time eating breakfast on the sunny terrace. The cottage itself is small but very cozy, perfect for a couple. It has everything you need to cook simple meals. There is also an outdoor shower, and space to park the car in the shade on the property. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough good things about Amalen. I found it on Air B & B and so I expected almost no interaction. Our stay was 5 star in every way. Jacob and the rest of the staff cared for us. They were so helpful. The breakfast was amazing and each day they knew we were headed out, they packed us a to go box…even on our day of departure. We had the best time and if ever in Crete would only stay with them again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Georgios’ place. Communication with him and his wife was very smooth — they responded quickly whenever we had a question and were also very flexible with the check-in. The flat is a dream and waking up every morning to such a beautiful view right by the beach felt like a real fairytale. We truly felt that they cared about us — they kept us informed about important things (like an earthquake) and other helpful updates. We highly recommend the flat and them as hosts. Would definitely love to come back. Thanks for everything!

Absolutely stunning Airbnb - the views are as pictured. Loved waking up to the sea. The rooms were cleaned and beautifully maintained by the cleaning lady. We were just two in this two bedroom so we had space to spread out but it could easily accommodate four. Loved having breakfast on the balcony with the view of the village and the ocean.

Beautiful location on a hill with beautiful sea views, 10 mins drive to the nearest small village. the fridge was full upon arrival which was very appreciable, a few small problems with appliances settled very quickly by the owners. Only bemol for me, the gardening at 9am on a Saturday (with rotofil right in front of the room, we asked the mr to stop and he did it) and the chlorine treatment of the pool at 5pm when we had just returned and expected to enjoy the feet in the water, I know these are services that are necessary but could be adapted when the guests are not there. In short, very good stay with excellent quality/price , we'll be happy to come back!!!

Our stay at the Moundros luxury villa was a perfect place for the five of us girls to feel like we are at a private retreat. It was easy to get around with a car and the hosts were very helpful when it came to any recommendations. the home was super nice and clean and had the best views. the restaurant down the street is absolutely delicious. Meatballs and stuffed mushrooms were my favorite but you can’t go wrong with anything! We were able to easily explore the other parts of Crete and got the best of the mountain side and the city side. would highly recommend staying in this villa!
