Comfortable, quiet, 52m2 one bed apartment in Lanesborough overlooking Lough Ree. This is our second home that we rent out when we are not using it ourselves. It includes original artwork and antiques collected from our travels abroad. It is located just beside a marina, with picturesque river & lake walks which lead to a short wooded area offering further glimpses of the lake. Please note it is NOT near the sea. The nearest beach is about 90 minutes drive away in Galway

This memorable place is anything but the ordinary. Top notch, high end tiny House in excellent location. Positioned just a stone throw from Roscommon Castle and just a 5 minute walk into vibrant town centre. It is also less than a 5 minute drive to the train station. Our quaint retreat is also right beside the Omniplex cinema. Please notice, it's a tiny house! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay for 2 adults. The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.

We all loved staying here. The children cried leaving the animals behind. The teenagers even loved the walk in the forest. We’ve promised them we would book and stay again. Edel and Kevin were just the best hosts, so thoughtful, even before we arrived and met them they were thinking about how our stay could be made better. We arrived quite late on a wet evening, the fridge had goodies and the fire was lit. So inviting. Thank you so much for a memorable trip.

Adrian’s place is a gem in the Roscommon County. A nice farmhouse, peaceful and relaxing. The ideal place where to stay to breath in the Ireland spirit and visit places like Galway and Cliffs of Moher. The farmhouse is very funcional and a beautiful place to stay. During our stay we had the pleasant surprise that cows were grazing just in the field outside of the house. It was amazing to look outside of the window and see them. It was giving a nice extra touch of peacefulness. Adrian was an amazing host as well, responsive and proactive to help us settle in and feel at home. We would definitely get back here in case we visit this area again.

We had a really memorable stay. Tom and Christina were really helpful, friendly and very welcoming, every detail they gave was perfect. The studio was our perfect getaway, a very peaceful and quiet locality. We went by the recommendations given by Tom and Christina, they were all worth it. They also have two labs who were very loving and friendly. We can’t wait to come back here, the kind of place where you could have the most relaxed vacation :)

Such a magical place to stay, Lisa has created a fairytale location. From the minute we drove up the drive to opened the front door and discovered the incredible detail inside we were enchanted. I’ll definitely be booking again. Not to be missed. I also love the location so near to Old Head Beach and charming Louisburgh.
