It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Accommodation located on the ground floor of my main house, 5 min walk to the Armandie Stadium. It has a bedroom with double bed, a dressing room to store your belongings. The living room sofa is convertible to accommodate 2 additional people, a baby cot is also in the bedroom A fully equipped kitchen and board games are at your disposal, plus a TV with Wi-Fi (fiber) and access to Orange, Netflix and Amazon Prime channels.

The T2 is located on the ground floor of our house. It has its own independent front door. 975 m2 lot with a swing and a children's playhouse with toys. Easy and free street parking. Very Quiet Neighborhood. on foot: pizzeria, grocery/caterer, bakery, restaurant. 2 min drive: Intermarché, Laundromat, McDonald's, Bakery, Florist, Tobacconist Hospital 3 min drive. 5 min to Agen. Walygator, Aqualand, Monky 15/20 min drive.
