Short distance to bus, Røa center and only 20 min to Oslo city centre. Suitable for 2 persons, with the possibility of extra bed/mattress for a third guest. It takes 5 min to' walk to two grocery stores open on Sundays. The 42 bus is 5 min away and the subway is in 15 min walking distance. In total it is 30 min to city center. One parking space is included.

Modern, nice and cosy house with a lot of functional equipments as: code opening for outer door, ice cube machine integrated in the fridge, integrated coffee machine in the kitchen, two integrated Owens in the kitchen. Bedroom 4 is one big, open room that covers the entire 3rd floor (attic). This room is open and has no door.
