Follow the road because the house and you'll see the garage. Here you can enjoy nature in its purest. Many unique mountains and hiking opportunities. For those of you who bring a dog. Leashes are mandatory At check-out: Leave the premises as they were when you arrived. Short distance to the store and café (900 meters). Matkroken Kvisvik. Opening hours 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Closed on Sundays.

Randistua

Randistua is centrally located. Sodvinhall, the shopping center, the lake, the water and great hiking areas are within walking distance. Randistua is located in the garden of the landlord/main residence. Sodvin sports hall and hiking trails are neighbors, but hidden behind the trees. Walking distance to amenities such as shopping center, doctor, dentist, fitness center, etc. The area is called Skeiet and is located between Rovatnet and Hemnefjorden. It's a residential area, with the church on top. We don't have a large parking space, but will facilitate parking of the car.

Good bus connections to the city center in about 10 minutes. Free parking in a small public parking lot (approx. 10 spaces); availability not guaranteed.

The apartment has sun from morning to evening on 2 own large balconies that are well furnished. 3 bedrooms with 1x150, 1x150 and 1x180 beds respectively. The apartment is spacious for up to 4 people, but there is enough space for 6. We think you will enjoy the apartment whether it is for work or leisure.

Bring your family to this cozy cottage, where you can relax and explore various activities nearby. Large and sunny! Here you can enjoy the silence, light the fire in the fire pit or light a larger fire at the gapahuk - both summer and winter. The cabin is well located for year-round trips to Hessdalen, Rugldalen, Røros, Tydalen/Riasten. In winter you can also put on your skis for a cross-country trip or "ski in and out" down to Ålen ski resort. The cabin is fully equipped for a nice weekend.

In beautiful Bakklandet (Free parking)

We love our apartment, placed as it is in the middle of Trondheims old town. There is one private parking space in a locked garage which are available to you for free (value €40 a night). It is not available in November 2025. There is also a large private terrace with access from the living room available. The apartment is practical and well equipped with nice beds. Pls notice that this apartment is not a professionally rent out. We only rent to families, grown ups and business travelers.
