Randistua is located in the garden of the landlord/main residence. Sodvin sports hall and hiking trails are neighbors, but hidden behind the trees. Walking distance to amenities such as shopping center, doctor, dentist, fitness center, etc. The area is called Skeiet and is located between Rovatnet and Hemnefjorden. It's a residential area, with the church on top. We don't have a large parking space, but will facilitate parking of the car.

We offer you a separate small newly renovated guesthouse with a kitchen and living room in one, separate bedroom and toilet. OUTDOOR SHOWER (please look at the pictures so you know what to expect). Bring your family to this cozy cottage, where you can relax and explore various activities nearby. Large and sunny! Here you can enjoy the silence, light the fire in the fire pit or light a larger fire at the gapahuk - both summer and winter. The cabin is well located for year-round trips to Hessdalen, Rugldalen, Røros, Tydalen/Riasten. In winter you can also put on your skis for a cross-country trip or "ski in and out" down to Ålen ski resort. The cabin is fully equipped for a nice weekend.

We love our apartment, placed as it is in the middle of Trondheims old town. There is one private parking space in a locked garage which are available to you for free (value €40 a night). It is not available in November 2025. There is also a large private terrace with access from the living room available. The apartment is practical and well equipped with nice beds. Pls notice that this apartment is not a professionally rent out. We only rent to families, grown ups and business travelers.
