There are opportunities to rent a fishing rod, large boathouse and other facilities. Great hiking areas (e.g. Frostastien) right outside the door. Quiet and safe area.

This guest house is just a few meters away from the golf course in Stiklestad. The house was built in 2023 and is adapted for both sleeping/staying/simple cooking. Here you can hear birdsong and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, the patio is available with a parasol and a comfy chair. It is furnished with a sofa bed, which with simple adjustments becomes a comfortable bed or sofa as desired. There are beautiful views and close to the lake. Can be arranged with a shed for golf bags. There is plenty of room for 2 people. Nice and new bathroom

We are a family with small children who want to share our cozy guest house. Here you have good opportunities for cycling, paddling, fishing, diving, swimming, etc. The accommodation is located right down to the lake. Bakery, restaurants and shopping nearby. Frøya is about 7 minutes away by car. There is no washing machine Bed linen, sheets and towels must be brought duvets 140*200 pillows 50*70 Tenants leave the house as it is when they arrive. Retreat and enjoy the tranquility while sitting and looking out over the sea. Naustet Kvalvika is located right on the waterfront, shielded from traffic and noise. Lower your shoulders and listen to the sound of the waves. On the rocks and beaches around Naustet there are many great places to settle down. How about a coffee around the campfire while watching the sun go down? It is a 12 min drive from Åfjord city center and out to us. Guest jetty available if you come by boat. Kayak and paddle board available for rent on request.

The Utility House at Berge Farm in Selbu

Accommodation on a real Trøndelag farm with production of milk, cereals, skin care, farm food and useful plants. Here we have chickens in the yard and cats in the oven. Lush and lively environment both inside and outside in many ways. The utility house at Berge Gård is used for meeting rooms and courses when we do not have overnight stays. Wake up to Trondheim's finest view. You can enjoy the coffee cup on the tram or at the cozy old table inside the living room. The house is decorated with peace, coziness and well-being in mind. It is a house that creates a nostalgic and homely feeling. The house is located as part of Lian Gård in Bymarka. There is a former restaurant on the site. The house is located only 300 m from Lianvannet and 300 m from the tram terminal. There are two floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens.

Mini house on horse farm, E6 south of Trondheim

Our traditional cottage with gras roof has all modern facilities with kitchen and bathroom in the new basement. Scenic views of river valley. Located on a farm with lots of animals: sheep, horses, cats, hens, rabbits and a peacock. Great hiking and fishing! The cottage is in three stories; bedrooms on the top floor and bathroom/kitchen in the basement, with stairs in between. Not suitable for everyone, but for those who dont mind stairs the cottage offers a cozy and charming atmosphere!

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. On the farm we have sheep, cows, horses, hens, cats and dogs. Often deer, elk and hare appear, and even a fox. Inderøy municipality has a lot to offer, and from the farm it takes 15 minutes to drive to the city center. Many have heard of "The Golden Detour", with all its providers of good food, art and culture. The convenience store is 6 minutes away by car. Stabburet is not suitable for stays with small children due to steep stairs.

The guest house is basically an older house from around 1925. The house is well equipped and is a pleasant place to be.
