Tarek was an amazing host. Excellent communication. He made sure that our stay was comfortable from start to finish. He went beyond. The property was clean and looked like the pictures. Excellent location near to everything in old town Alexandria and DC.

Exactly as described. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Maria was kind, easy to communicate with and was very understanding when it came to checking in. If I were to come back I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great weekend stay-cation in this condo! The location is great and very walkable to many different things - restaurants, grocery stores, convenient stores, etc. The check-in process was seamless with Leslie’s thorough instructions. The condo was extremely clean and tidy. There were snacks and waters available as well as plenty of towels and toiletries. Leslie was very easy to get a hold of and very timely with responses to any questions we had. Overall we felt very safe and comfortable here and would absolutely book this location again!

Staying here was WONDERFUL! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I like how right around the corner there were a couple stores just in case I needed to pick up a few things. Kristen provided things I didn’t even think to even bring. There were slippers and robes waiting for us. A nice care package on the island as soon as we walked in. She provided other little necessities I did not bring but ended up needing like a safety pin. I ended up getting black eyeliner on my dress and I was bummed assuming I would have to change my outfit. I then looked in the bathroom drawers and found safety pins and I was able to keep on my dress on and covered the spot with the safety pin pulling it up a bit. I was so thankful for that. If you ever decide to stay in DC please book this BNB it is so worth it!

Gerald's place was perfect for our 4-day girls' trip. The three of us stayed and had such a great time. Everything went smoothly. The home is beautifully decorated with high end furnishings, comfortable beds, great WiFi, and every comfort of home. It looks just like the pictures. Street parking was very convenient so we never used the dedicated parking lot. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and felt safe enough for us, 3 women to walk around. Our host checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed but honestly, we didn’t need a thing, they had everything anyone could want for a pleasant and comfortable stay. We are happy we chose this place and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Brooke was very responsive to all of my questions. She helped whenever needed. She contacted the place when there was a slight issue and ensured I was well cared for. I am incredibly pleased with Brooke.

Excellent location. Close to the Metro and a short ride to all that DC has to offer. Place is clean, and communication was always clear and accurate.

Great stay!! Would definitely rebook! Did have some functional issues with the garage but Matt was quick with responses so it wasn’t much of an issue.

Ellen’s condo was absolutely perfect for Commissioning Week. The location couldn’t have been better—within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, the Naval Academy, and Graduation at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. The coffee shop downstairs was a delightful bonus, and the underground parking was a major perk. Ellen provided clear and detailed instructions about the condo and guest expectations, making everything easy to understand and stress-free. The condo itself is beautifully and tastefully furnished, with all the essentials thoughtfully provided. The in-unit washer and dryer were a huge convenience. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, complete with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. What I appreciated most was how quiet and peaceful the condo was—it offered a true retreat. The private patio was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. I would absolutely stay here again.

Overall the fam & I loved it. The king air mattress & regular bed were both super comfy. Having off street parking was very helpful (had 2 cars, made it flexible to park both next to the rental). Street parking came very easy as well. The rental felt cozy and at home. We'll be keeping this listing in mind next time we're visiting DC. Walkable to union market & 930 club neighbors. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect spot and highly recommended for visiting the area that is dotted with well restored vintage homes, massive oaks, and beautiful gardens. One minute walk to Logan Circle and then onto the commercial area beyond. Lots of space, hip & modern, and squeaky clean. Everything was provided for kitchen and bathroom needs. We loved the front garden with the table and 2 chairs where you can sit and watch the world go by. Thank you Benjamin for being a great host.

Great stay in Annapolis. The property is located at the end of a quiet, dead end tree-lined street. A short and pleasant walk to the heart of Annapolis with dining and shopping options along the way. The property was clean and appeared exactly as the shown in the photos.

The place was central to where we wanted to visit and the parking by the roadside was free . Home was good and comfortable except for some amenities that were missing . Other than that the home is very comfortable !

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

About 10 min walk from King Street with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The place was clean. They use nice eco-friendly soaps, cleaners, air filter, which was a nice touch. It has shared walls, but I only heard people walking very occasionally and a dog barking once. So very quiet for shared walls. The bed is firm, FYI. Clean. Convenient. Definitely would stay again.

My girlfriends and I were in Washington DC for National Police Week & were looking for a place close to the city but reasonably priced. We found Chris’s place. It had everything we needed. It was clean, modern, just as described & came with a book of recommendations. The area is nice & we felt safe. Great restaurants. The bus & train r walking distance. We learned how to use public transportation instead to taking our car to avoid traffic and parking fees. My bedroom window faced the street so I could hear the cars & people walk by but when I turned on the fan I didn’t hear anything. Also this is a Renovated basement & have upstairs neighbors & can hear them walking around so if u r looking for a super silent place then this isn’t the place for u. It didn’t bother us. It has a private entrance and it was super easy to find. Chris was so attentive & helped with whatever we needed. He was an awesome host!

Loved the location of this place peaceful and walkable to many restaurants. Was a little bummed with the pool hours but all and all would stay again.

This was an awesome stay! If you have infants their place is a must as it is easily baby proofed and has so many accessible items!

Sean’s unit is an amazing option for those who love a great place to relax with an amazing view. Sean is a great host and very communicative.

We enjoyed a comfortable 7 night stay with our daughter, son-in law and 2 years old granddaughter who traveled from Oslo, Norway. Oleg is very kind and responsive, the best host we have ever encountered. After we requested some bedding for crib, he ordered them right away and sent us a nice little blanket and a small pillow for our granddaughter in the next morning! He even let us to keep the bedding! The apartment is clean and neat and has all the conveniences needed. It is in a great location, convenient walk to metro, above WholeFoods and other nice restaurants/Starbucks and CVS. We highly recommend the apartment to those who plan to stay in the North Bethesda area.
