Beautiful secluded cottage tucked away at the end of cul-de-sac and surrounded by a nature preserve. Montauk’s finest waterfront dining and bars are less than a mile. The house has a large living room with a fireplace, king bed in one and a full bed with a twin in the other, a full bath, outdoor shower hot & cold, an eat-in kitchen. There is a large very private patio with a grill, dining table and lounge area. The private beach is stunning and a 3 minute walk from the house. Pets are welcome.

Comfortable, bright, clean bedrooms with a simple chic aesthetic. Fully equipped kitchen and living space with a unique modern cabin vibe. Side porch provides great post surf/hike hang out space. 12’ picnic table for outdoor dining. Indoor dining also available. Fireplace great for cozy nights in (must be attended at all times) Well behaved pets welcome. Steps away from Solé east and Ruschmeyers, short drive to town & beaches. Located on a quiet, private road, this home is perfect for your summer getaway. With over an acre of land, there is plenty of space for outdoor living. Enjoy the pool, playground ,and large deck all day long. Walk down to Montauket for sunset and Duryeas for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Truly, a special spot. 3 bedrooms railroad style with separate outside entrances to two of the three rooms Pool is not heated and will be closed for the season starting October 5th!
