Simple Montauk Home

We discount rates for: Weekly (15%), Monthly (20%), 12-week+ (38%) stays A simple Montauk home with an arbor enclosed property & large deck. You are renting the entire main floor. Basement is owner occupied & has its own separate private entrance. The main floor has two bedrooms that have a king & a queen bed, so this house is best for 4 people max. The common area is comprised of the living room and kitchen beneath a vaulted cedar ceiling which makes for a great space for hosting guests.

Note: In July and August: our rentals are 7 day periods from Saturday-Saturday starting on 6/29/2024-9/7/2024. in May and June, we have a 3-night minimum. Enjoy your own private beach, fireplace, large deck with amazing sunset views, Kayaks, SUPs, bikes and long summer days on Lake Montauk. Our beach front midcentury house has views from every angle. Swim in the lake or take a short bike ride to Gin Beach. Make fabulous feasts in our chef's kitchen and eat at the large outdoor table.

The main house is 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bath main house PLUS separate large guest cottage (with a King bed, bar fridge, and full bathroom). Gunite pool (i.e., salt chlorinated which makes it feels like clean freshwater). Walk to town, bay beach, public tennis courts, 1000 acre nature preserve.
