“Neighborhood is clean and well maintained. Kids could have rode bikes with no problem. Traffic is very minimal to none. Check in is very easy. Home smells clean. Air conditioning works perfect. Spacious and spotless clean house. Communication perfect. Both showers spray very well. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided. Plus she provided little travel sized (factory sealed) feminine hygiene products, floss, mouth wash, and toothbrush available if needed. Beds are very nice, a memory foam type with a topper. Breakfast items provided. We were able to make pancakes with syrup. Yum!! We saw books to read and board games too!”

“My wife and I had a fantastic experience staying in Ruben’s Airbnb! Check in and checkout were a breeze. The space was perfect down to all of the little details. It had everything we needed plus so much more! The space was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. It was the perfect location - super close to the city and about a 10-15 minute drive to many things in Charlotte. There were so many little details that Ruben paid attention to within the apartment from decor to some complimentary toiletries and snacks. He went above and beyond in sharing recommendations for things to do during our stay in Charlotte (which were awesome!!) and was always available in case we needed anything. He and his family were friendly and so thoughtful. I would highly recommend staying at Ruben’s Airbnb if you’re ever going to spend time in Charlotte! We definitely will next time we visit!”

“Brian and Erica's Air BnB was the most comfortable and clean place I have ever stayed in. From communication to the home set-up, everything was incredibly intentional which created such a wonderful experience. Myself and the two other guests made multiple comments that we felt extremely comfortable and cozy; a true home away from home. We did not get an opportunity to make a meal as it was a quick trip but the space and amenities were readily available if we were hoping to do that. In addition, if more than one bed is needed, there is plenty of room to blow up and air mattress in the living room and make a guest comfortable in that space. Finally, Brian and Erica's communication was timely, professional, and extremely accommodating. One thing to keep in mind: if you have someone who is a light sleeper, there are times that you can hear people walking upstairs as Brian and Erica do reside above the space. This was not a problem for my party at all but I know some people can be more sensitive to that versus others. We will definitely return to this home away from home upon our return to Charlotte! Thank you so much!!”
