Lynda was a great host. The house was great! The property was great. Beautiful spot with water right in the back yard. The house had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The space and Decorating of the house was great. There were 6 of us and we all fit very comfortably with room to spare. There is an awesome downstairs for family to hang out in. And huge backyard space. The pictures don’t do this home justice. Rent it you won’t be disappointed. My family and I had a great stay here.

My friend and I LOVED Kensington Cottage! It was the perfect girl’s getaway. We took a long evening walk in the neighborhood, where we met a ton of dogs out for walks and checked out the free “libraries.” The cottage was great for the location, too. We were about 5 minutes from the grocery store and 15-20 minutes to Village of Lake George and the farm we went horseback riding. I had never used an induction stovetop before, but Natalie called me within 5 minutes of texting her with easy instructions. Super helpful and friendly!

Farmhouse central to Lake George and Saratoga

The house was great and the furnishings were thoughtful. A few minor inconveniences included the small step ups into the kitchen and downstairs bedroom that we were constantly tripping on. The upstairs bathroom is not for anyone over 5' 4". Any taller and you will hit your head. Thankfully only one of the 4 of us was tall so she stayed on the 1st floor. It has been raining ALOT so the lawn was quite high, I'm sure it is maintained regularly. The last thing was there were no baking sheets or pans. All very minor inconveniences that we were able to navigate, but might be an issue for someone else. Great location and would definitely stay here again.

Thanks, Samuel, for hosting us! We were driving from EWR to Montreal and stopped on the way to stay at Samuel's place. It was a perfect location for us and also perfect for our group size. We were 4 adults and 1 teenager and Samuel had made 2 double beds and a single bed available for us in 3 separate rooms. Because of some logistical issues we were delayed but he was responsive to our messages and very thoughtful about leaving the lights on and other attention to detail. Thanks a lot Samuel for your responsiveness, thoughtfulness and for hosting us.

Quiet location and well appointed. We came to enjoy our granddaughter’s first birthday and wanted to bring our dogs. Easy to find and get into - very clean. Even sharing one bath with our two adult children wasn’t too bad - didn’t run out of hot water! Great backyard for the pups to run around. Great pricing too!!
