Beautiful flat in the heart of Villefranche.

A lovely flat of 40 sqm with a 30 sqm terrace, recently refurbished and with original art work. Fully equipped kitchen and equipment to match. Double bedroom with super comfy new bed giving onto terrace, and a single bed in the living room. Amazing views over the bay of Villefranche, and great for relaxing on the spacious terrace. The owners Helene and Chadwick live next door and are always there for check in/out and local knowledge. Air conditioned.

Great location, exceptional views of Villefranche

Living in Paris, love coming to this Paradise of Villefranche sur mer. I enjoyed renovating, equipping and decorating this apartment in 2019 to make it as pleasant as possible. Now, my greatest pleasure is to have my coffee when I wake up on the terrace in front of this magnificent view of Cap Ferrat. Its central location close to the old town, the port and all amenities, its elevator and municipal parking at the foot of the building are also a plus.

A cozy seating area features a white armchair and a matching table, adorned with four champagne glasses and a bottle. The backdrop displays a panoramic view of the serene waterfront and distant green hills, enhancing the outdoor experience.

Within a private road that leads you directly to the beach (about 3 min walk), the port (about 7 min walk) and the tram. Atypical accommodation near the city center. No contact with other residents. Free parking on site reserved for residents in the private lane.
