Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Fort Carson

Very nice backyard, the snacks and pastries made up for the mini kitchen. One am our coffee pot and microwave breaker went out but the host was very prompt and within min everything working! One extra was a cool hideaway play area for young children. Every space was utilized very efficiently. Kids loved the jacuzzi. We even grilled freshly caught fish upstairs on the deck for dinner one night!!

This house was perfect for our stay yet again! We appreciate how friendly and helpful the hosts always are and especially how pet friendly they are…it’s so hard when traveling to find a place that is so accommodating with our dogs so we highly recommend for any pet parents out there! The house has charm, a wonderful kitchen for long stays and is close enough to several restaurants to walk!

We enjoyed the cozy property, including the porch and will book there again if we end up in Colorado Springs for another weekend! Thanks for making us feel welcome! 👍😊

Heidi’s personal touches and thoughtfulness all came through in various ways- we found a cute gift and a handwritten card for us when we arrived; a whole basket of snacks, fully stocked kitchen and many more. Her place is beautiful and cozy. We were four of us and we had ample space. We loved our stay.

My partner and I had an absolutely delightful and romantic getaway at this charming little Airbnb cottage in Colorado Springs! From the moment we stepped inside, we were struck by how incredibly cozy and inviting the space felt. It truly lived up to its description and provided the perfect intimate setting for our trip. The location was another huge plus – being so close to downtown Colorado Springs made it incredibly convenient to explore all the shops, restaurants, and local attractions without having to venture far. Yet, despite being close to the action, the cottage itself felt like a private, peaceful retreat. Highly recommend for couples looking for a cozy and perfectly located base to explore Colorado Springs!

Tiffany, checked on us via the app and welcomed us by leaving fresh flowers, treats, snacks, and muffins, etc. She has been very thoughtful about the supplies and amenities she stocked throughout. Staying here was fabulous- it was easy, and the Hillside Hideout was beautiful, comfortable, and was convenient to many places and activities! I would stay here again!

Wow! Talk about an amazing view! Can’t get much better than this! The mountains, Garden of the Gods, the trees and birds. Heavenly just sitting on that expansive balcony. The place itself was also perfect! Clean, spacious, very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed too. We loved the place so much, we couldn’t wait to get back after a full day of hiking and biking. Would definitely return to the area and to this incredible BnB!

Staying with Effie and Joshua for the weekend was great! They were both friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful with a great view of the mountains. It was in a great location, easily drivable to where you want to go. The house was clean, well taken care of and in a quiet neighborhood. I felt perfectly safe in both the house and the neighborhood. Effie was quick to respond to my questions. Very much enjoyed my stay with them.

We loved the space it felt very spacious for a studio and my son loved his extra bedroom space! It really felt like home away from home with having everything we needed, we will definitely be trying to stay again next time we come to visit!

Found Jacquie’s place last minute (do not think that’s typical but we lucked out) after our original booking with a different host was not a good fit for us. The place was beautiful and super clean. Felt homey and was close to a lot of the attractions we were seeing- Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs shopping and hiking the Manitou Incline. The parking was plentiful on the street. The hot tub and fire pit in the back were excellent. We grilled one night and the place is also very well stocked with cooking utensils and snacks/coffee. Clear instructions for everything. I wish I would have found this place months ago when I was doing my original trip planning. Can’t wait to come back again sometime. Beautiful home and space.

The apartment is pretty spacious and sofas are comfy. Peggy and Mark have plenty of signs and notes around the place to keep things clear and tidy. Felt very welcome and comfortable there, would definitely stay again.

OMG! What a great property tucked into downtown. Staying here felt like being “in on” a secret. The town was hopping with spring breakers, but the unit was very quiet overall. The reserved parking space was an added benefit. The unit was clean and cozy with everything at your fingertips. I would say that if you plan to cook in the unit bring aluminum foil. 😊 Again, if you get the chance to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

My fiancé and I felt right at home. Unique little spot. It was our first time visiting Colorado. Our favorite was the view. Stunning. Our last night there was a little thunder & lightning storm. We open the curtains and sliding doors and watched from the patio. The only thing we wished there were a couple throw blankets to relax with on the couch. We enjoyed the variety selection of books. The host and her co-host (Cody) were very communicative and quick to respond.

Great stay, was very proactive with communication. The kids didn’t complain about anything and I’m not sure you can get a better compliment than teens who don’t find something to complain about.

Fantastic stay. Spacious, well-equipped, and in a beautiful part of Colorado Springs. For a short-term stay near Fort Carson, Jennifer’s place offers a refreshing perspective of the city. Highly recommend.

A beautiful home. The southwestern theme was uplifting and creative. Our sleep was interrupted and comfortable. A very easy checkout.

Loved the location which is between Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City. You are minutes from the COG Train that takes you to the top of Pikes Peak, minutes from Garden of the Gods, and minutes from Red Rock Hiking. We didn't get a chance but we wanted to try the Manitou incline which is right across from the COG as well. We loved Manitou Springs...such an amazing little town with great restaurants and small shops. This house really is an amazing location. The house itself was nice, especially the basement and the kitchen/dining area. The deck and the upstairs bedrooms need some updating. Some new furniture would go a long way. If you are heading to Manitou Springs, this is the place to stay.

I had a great time during my stay here! I was here for 3 months and enjoyed every bit of it. The beginning was a bit rough during the Miller moth season since the windows had big gaps in them letting in tons of the little guys, but after I patched it up I don’t have a bad thing to say about my stay. Cindy the host was extremely helpful throughout my stay and very flexible when I had to extend it a couple days and always got back to me in a timely manner with questions I had. Highly recommend and would stay here again! Thank you Cindy!

Pam’s place is great! Amazing views and close to all the things to do while being in a peaceful area. We enjoyed the music across the street and found that with all the doors closed there weren’t any issues with the noise. Pam is very responsive and helpful with local suggestions.
